Merchandise is classy but not cheap. However, during this pandemic, this store lost their awesome customer service. So, if they open fully to the public, Id love to meet the furniture guy who turned me away when I told him what I was looking for. He is kind enough to be rude.

The Farmhouse Store has been my go to for quality furniture pieces and unique gifts for several years. The furnishings are a mix of antique/ one of a kind, and new customizable but cozy pieces. Prices are reasonable compared to Crate and barrel, Restoration hardware, and other quality manufacturers. Highly recommended!

We purchased a table for our kitchen from the Farmhouse Store in Westfield. Anthony was very patient and attentive to our wants and needs. He also gave us some great ideas and different options. I absolutely love our table and will purchase again from the Farmhouse!!!

Everything about The Farmhouse Store is perfection: The attentive and knowledgeable staff; the gorgeous, abundant, and varied selection of handmade pottery, jewelry, and other gift items and decor; the unique, high-quality furnishings; right down to the signature scent when you walk in and the complimentary gift wrapping on the way out. Always the first stop I make in downtown Westfield and worth the drive from out of the area.

I have been coming to this lovely Gem of a store for nearly five years now. It is chock-full of eclectic things for your home. I recently had the great pleasure of meeting Ron, the store owner, who spent quite a bit of time with me discussing what I am looking for to marry my living room and dining room spaces. The staff are always pleasant and eager to help. Your eyes will never tire of the classic antique touches and quality throughout. Definitely my fave, and Im sure it will become one of yours as well.

Annoyed. This store decides to kick me and my friend out every time we go in, and a lot of the time, for stupid reasons. Weve already been there three times and asked to leave every time. Keep in mind we both arent completely white.Anyway, the first two times were reasonable-ish. We took about 10 minutes just smelling soaps (😂) and were asked to leave because the store was apparently getting too full??The real issues were the last two times. Once, a few weeks ago, we were asked to leave because they dont let middle and high schoolers in on Fridays(kind of weird but still somewhat reasonable) but today was really the last straw.My friend and I and one other friend were standing on the sidewalk. Not in the cubicle that you have to go through to get into the store, the sidewalk next to the street. A woman opens the door and tells us; this is not a game as we stand there for a minute because we need to call our parents.She slams the door and were all confused. Seriously, what would she mean by that?(Another thing) our two other friends we met up with later (on a Friday) said they had gone in (they are both almost 14 and fully white and blonde) and were *welcomed* by the same woman who yelled at us.I dont know if this is racism, or they dont let kids who look like they would cause trouble (which i dont believe we looked like) or they just dont want us sucking the scents out of their soaps?Im convinced they have a photo of me and my friend holding soap to our noses in the office and when they hire employees they show them the photo and say never let these kids in the store. Theyll ruin our soap.Anyway, were done with this store. Its completely ridiculous how theyve treated us every time we enter.We might address the issue next time were with our parents with the store. And I know, its stupid that you think they just dont want you in there. Youre kids and they dont want you there, but they welcome all other kids weve seen go in, so I dont understand why its only happening to us specifically.

Bought a $4k sectional sofa from Farmhouse and the material started to deteriorate almost immediately. Cushions began sinking within the first few months and when in brought this to the attention of the store the told me.“We heard back from the manufacturer and their response is style characteristic.&There has been no movement on this matter and the manufacturer, Klaussner, has not changed their position. We have repeatedly over the last few months contacted Klaussner to address this matter to no avail.At this point, we feel it may be advantageous for you to contact them directly and see if this might prompt them to change their decision.Unfortunately, we have hit a wall with this and Im sorry about the current outcome.”This is the equivalent to a car dealership telling you that you should contact the manufacturer of the vehicle as we can’t help you with your issue. There was a warranty on the product but the store did a poor job at helping to live up to their end of the sale. Very disappointed with this and a little embarrassed that we wasted $4k on this item.

My experience with this store is horrible. I bought a $2000 couch that looked 10yrs old after 6months, after below average use. They sincerely apologized and agreed the couch looked terrible after coming to my home to investigate. I picked out new fabric they suggested and was told the old fabric was discontinued due to complaints. The new couch was delivered months later....no difference! I went back after 4 months, except this time they wouldnt come to look at the couch, which was worse than the first couch. So they sent a manufacturer rep. Haha! That guy was from North Jersey and the couch is from the Carolinas. More like from China! And the reps report took zero accountability. I might add it took him 6 weeks to show up and two more weeks to file the findings. Feathers were coming out everywhere (including pillows), pilling everywhere including the skirt around the sofa. The farmhouse refused to do anything to help...yet they still use the same crappie couch manufacturer. This store only cares about money. The store make excuses for weeks, I said fine, dont give me my hard earned money back-give me a credit. Toward something else? Nope.

If I could have gave negative stars I definitely wouldve stay far away from this place very cheap made furniture at ridiculously outrageous prices.
