Went to get soft foods due to a surgery on my mouth today. Group of kids riding bikes and skateboards popping wheelies in the store and employees didnt care at all. One kid popping a wheelie almost smashed into me and when I asked the employees they just leave em alone and they smash up the store but nobody cares 😑 gonna go to big y for now on 👍

Always have what you need in stock, have amazing meats, always fresh fruits and veggies, and seriously all of their ringers are awesome and super friendly!

Great store. Its clean and always stocked up with product. Ive emptied shelves and came the next day and it was filled right back up again. Keep up the great work!

I shopped via their digital coupons. Am always surprised when I find a good deal. Went to self checkout and had a $2 paper coupon and the computer wouldnt accept. Dont be afraid to wait for clerk to process. Was worth the wait.

Great place all there food is great (expect for the bananas which i will go to latter) nice staff. They give kids at the bank free lollipops and dog treats. cakes are great, doesnt give that much coupons though but thats okay it doest really matter. Out of that I WOULD give it a 5/5 but the bananas. The bananas are always brown and if they arent it because the brown ones are sold out. So dont buy bananas there everything else is great

Hate this place, they have this annoying robot that seems to serve no purpose other than wasting electricity and blocking people in the aisles. If you want to shop and not be bothered by such things go anywhere else. Big Y is a good place.

The only reason I dont give it a five star is because I am 100% sure that robot is literally out to get me. Like every time I enter the store its either right there staring me down. Or Ill just be turning a corner and theres that robot I think that I would like to not ever see it again cuz its a really scary robot and its very menacing. I dont know we just have an unresolved beef clearly and I just want The robot to be on the charger every single time Im there. Great food great price sometimes. But they do have that really good oat milk. Top tier favorite stuff. Outside of that they really have nothing else going for them outside of other grocery stores.

I loved this place! I dont live in the area, here for school, but this one almost beats the one I have in my town. Got a rotisserie chicken and it was awesome! And the everything was so neat and clean.

A lot of room for improvement as far as lack of personnel. Not what it used to be selection is not what it used to be either. Dept service lacking.

I am visiting someone in Westfield i stopped here for the first time. With this virus and things being limited i was in a jam. no more needing to be said besides Kathy with a K from the deli was a HUGE HUGE HELP that i know no one else would have helped me with. Thank you Kathy you saved my day seriously and i wont forget that. Happy Easter to you and your family..

Great prices and good variety. The store is kept clean and as a customer of the pharmacy, I am especially pleased with this department. All of the staff is top notch. I would only recommend a little more attention to the cleanliness of the restrooms. That is the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars.

All your grocery needs under one roof. Very well lit and clean with plenty of health-related products and organic foods. More expensive however than most even with the daily deals.

Nice people. Great pharmacist Mark who knows people by name. I had to wait a few minutes one time and was impressed with his awareness of the people and he wasnt even with the customer doing the transaction. It felt like everyone came over his house for a sit on the porch with lemonade and knew the family. Hope more people like him are in customer service. Hes been faithfully working there for years. Gentleman too.

Usually park here to ride the bike trail, very easy to get too. Also great location to start from as you can pick up things that you forgot or get a snack before a ride.

Store was clean and well stocked. Meat looked fresh and in date. Biggest issue I found was the overall pricing structure on items not sale is higher then the Big Y and Food Lion.

They had what I wanted. Just still not completely happy having to use self checkouts because there are only 2 cashiers working.

I purchased a meal plan and received my refillable cup them took my 2 yr son to the great chase and I was asked to leave my cup on the side. My cup fell on the platform and separated from the lid. The lid started on the platform while the cup rolled off onto the tracks of the ride. The staff at six flags didnt help in the slightest even though the teenager working the ride witnessed the incident. Therefore I cant give a low enough rating due to my experience with six flags staff.

Favorite grocery store. They need more cashiers on and the public bathrooms need a really good cleaning and severe update.

Left my wallet at self checkout.. Came back later in the day to speak to manager.. Absolutely refused to help in ANY way. Was very rude and racist. Told me he was too busy to check the cameras. Im very deeply saddened that they would treat a customer with such disrespect. Im frustrated beyond words. I have nothing else to say except shame on you.

I love that store i go there almost every day and they are so much cheaper then BIG Y and have many more sales...plus they have more items that i need and want then the other stores and they also have self check out stations when u are in a rush and BIG Y does not

I love S&S. I worked for them in my teenage age years and met my late husband of 50 years there. That being said there are a lot of places to buy groceries. I do like S&S over and above others. I do wish they would have more help. If I want to self checkout I can go to Walmart. Also I like seeing signs that produce is from such and such local farms. Didnt see any today. Was happy to find a freshly made lobster roll in the fish Dept. Maybe not as big as DeAngelos but half the price. I almost bought some marigolds but they were pretty sad looking and $4 a pot. I will go to Rays where they are perhaps reduced.

If you know what you want, its a relatively quick grab and go

Place is trash, employees are rude and lazy and the entire side of the building that is on the bike trail is completely filled with thier plastic bags and garbage that they never clean. Its disgusting and anyone using the bike trail has to see it. Ill stick with big y
