Im not used to great customer service at most paint places in the area, but this location is exceptional. Came in on a Labor Day (that they were even open was great) and the gentlemen that helped me was super knowledgeable. He answered my questions and then went ahead and tacked on a .99 foam brush into my order so I could reach the $10 discount. Normally, I use Benjamin Moore, but I was told by my house painter that SW is the best for exterior paint. So, I may make the switch soon enough.

Wow !!!! Hands down the best sherwin Williams store in the area . Allie is so knowledgeable in the field of paint any questions I had was answered immediately.

Came in today to get a few cans of paint ~ no one in the store ~ no workers ?! Odd! Waited about 3 -4 min ~ walked into the back ~ said hello a few times ~ no answer! Walked farther back ~ said hello again to be met by “I WILL Be OUT in A MINUTE ! ~ said a bit nasty (female voice) ~. Went out front waited a lil ~ then left ! Another store on the highway sold me my 3 gallons I needed ! Won’t be back 🤗

Herman is the BEST! I liked Agreeable Gray for our bedroom but I was nervous it would be a tad too dark and Herman lightened it for me and it’s the most perfect color I could imagine. If you have to make a trip to this Sherwin Williams- make sure you ask for HERMAN! They should rename the store HERMAN Williams!

The paint is wonderful. Personnel are knowledgeable and given these stressful times, are working the best they can to accommodate everyones request.

Great service all of the time

The first person that assisted me didnt know anything about the particular paint mix I needed. It was for Pella Windows. He didnt know how to look up the info or even notice that the info was attached to a board right in front of the register. the next day I went in and asked the manager about the paint I needed. He knew exactly what I needed and said the employee didnt look it up correctly; it is a multi-step process evidently. I have bought all my paints at this same store since 2004 and unfortunately, while there is an acct for me, there is no info in the system; so the employee didnt have anything to reference either.

Staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Huge selection of colors and products. Always have some kind of sale or coupon to use and their paint covers two coats no problem!
