We were renting during the transition to a franchise that other people are frustrated about. It is what it is. The manager, Trudy, was very nice and helpful.I am convinced people make the mistake with storage in not anticipating how long they will be there or procrastinating dealing with things that perhaps should not be in long term storage. They then get upset that they are paying money every month as a consequence. As of the time we rented, they do not prorate months, so you need to plan to be out at the end of the month-- *completely* and return the unit as you found it. And Trudy reminded me multiple times to take our locks so we would not be charged!This place was a lifesaver in our recent transition. I was able to sort through years of stuff and avoid bringing it cross country as we sold our home super quick and finding a new home occupied all of the time until closing. If its summer and you need the a/c to guard certain items or heat, then do it. This place is clean, so I would not hesitate to do outdoor if the weather is not an issue.The only negative I would say is be aware of any screws or nails that may be around. I know the owners of another facility would consistently do lot checks with a wheeled magnet push to protect tires. We ended up with a screw, but it could have been from the dump. We picked up anything we saw and put it out of the way.Nice facility... I never felt unsafe once. Be sure to ask about access hours and understand if that is an issue for you.

Used this facility for some moving-related short term storage needs. Neat as a pin and incredibly well run. As other reviewers have said, Trudy is amazing - very conscientious, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wish all storage places were this well run. Wed use this Public Storage location again in a heartbeat.

Trudy was able to answer my questions about billing with full knowledge of the subject and with a very pleasant manner. Great employee.

Outstanding storage with amazing employees! We used this location for short-term storage while selling our home and moving. Overall the process was very smooth, the price was perfect... and Trudy was AMAZING!! Every time we were at our unit, we noticed Trudy cleaning and working. The entire place is incredibly clean and tidy... thanks to Trudy!!

Very nice people. Clean and safe. They helped me out quickly when my storage unit was too small. Made a quick, seamless transfer to a larger unit, and got me a promotional as well. Would recommend!

Although the facilities are very good, this facility just changed to Public Storage from the old company. Had to restart all my billing, lost my promo rate, and was forced to sign an online contract at a higher rate than what I now see is advertised on their own site. You have to initiate their insurance program, and unless you bring your own within 30 days, will start charging $15 a month. Nice corporate money grab from existing customers. Look forward to moving out.

I love this place! I’ve enjoyed work with Ethan immensely, if I have a question he’s got the answer or will call back when he finds out. Truly the best place rented from while in the middle of moving. Indoor has carts which doesn’t seem like a big deal but when bringing a ton in it makes the trips so much faster! They have fair prices only downside is the exit keypad is a bit hard to reach for me. Seriously though don’t go anywhere else for moving these guys are the amazon of storage customers first and saved so much of my furniture by getting me into temperature control storage !

From the moment I walked in the door, Trudy was a a tremendous help. She was patient explaining everything I needed to know, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. My accounts were transferred from the former owner. It took time to register for new accounts, sign new contracts, and opt out of their insurance, but once done all is well. The new manager, Trudy, was very helpful and professional.

Ethan was absolutely fantastic to deal with. The entire facility inside and out was spotless. Storage units are all brand new and I always felt that our belongings were safe and sound with their security system. Don’t hesitate to rent here!
