Friendly staff, open 7 days a week from 6ish am - 10 pm for you to access your unit, not sure on the office hours though. Very clean inside and out. Easy to find and to locate your unit once inside with the signs posted on each building very clearly. Larger isles for the outside units, easy to load and unload. Usually had carts/dollys available to assist with moving your items if needed for the inside units.

If you need storage talk to Wayne or Charlie and they will hook you up, they are really good employees that work here.

The security at this location is what attracted me, after having some expensive vandalism to our motor home at the last facility. It does look pretty good. I reserved online for a December 1 start date. When I went to sign the paperwork, I was politely told that I had reserved effective that day (11/24) and there was no changing it. Annoying, but no big deal. A giant water filled pothole at the entrance to our parking lane. Not cool!

Everything was very good from registering from Florida to arriving here to have a place to store my belongings while waiting for the house to be built/completed. The space was clean, the staff friendly and all went well.I would definitely use them again if I need space for storage.

The corporation never answered the phone or returned my phone messages. If it wasnt for the local manager taking care of me I would have taken my business elsewhere. Not impressed.

Stopped in quickly for rates on a storage unit as well as a U Haul rental. I was in and out quickly and there are plenty of sizes/options for units and trucks. The truck was clean and everything went smoothly.

If I could give this location and the customer service less then one star I absolutely would. I rented a storage unit for about six month before i could not deal with it any more. I would go to the location to pay my bill and no one would be on site. they would leave a sign on the door that said property manager on site please call #xxx-xxx-xxx i would call and leave multiple voicemail and never got called back. I would try to use the online portal to pay and i conveniently would always be down. i would call the service number and try to pay that way but they said they would have to charge me extra to pay over the phone. Just to reiterate, there would be know way i would ever rent here again, or tell my worst enemies to rent here either.

Chatted with someone on the website and was told one amount. Then went to pay for it and was told a higher amount. Lady wasnt particularly nice about it and just didnt seem to care about the customer. They also will leave the secured gate open so anyone can waltz on in. Was told that was for the garbage truck but I have yet see a dumpster or garbage truck. And if you reserve their moving truck good luck. It may or may not be available when you pick it up. The whole time its been give me your money then they have no time for you.

If there were negative stars for a review that is what I would give this place. Trying to make a payment is a joke. They apparently do not do anything over the phone, only online or in store. I live in Tennessee and have the storage there because of a move I had to make. I fell behind and I have been trying to make payment for the last month and the manager is never in the store and when I call I get no call back. The manager sends email and texts saying to get a hold of her but how can I when she is never in the office? I would not recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy.

Worst storage place ever! They charge u more after the first month, claiming they have to raise the rent! Not at all a good place! Staff is disrespectful too. Do not go here

Every time I go there, I received excellent service!!!!!!!! In also paying a very small fee for my storage unit. So there!!!!

Rented a U-Haul for our move. Gas was slightly less than marked, otherwise it was as expected.
