This is the third car i have leased from Eric and his team at LA Car Connection, I told him exactly what i wanted, there was no haggling, no b.s, no typical car salesman hustle. It was straight forward.Once my car arrived i was in his office for no more then 20 minutes, and 10 of that was just chatting about life. I turned in my previous car, signed some papers, Eric set up my Nav, showed me all the features on my new car and i was out there. Getting a new car has never been easier. He is the man!

Car shopping was like going to the dentist for me, you only did it when you had too! Not any more! This was the best experience my wife and I ever had with buying a new car! Eric Brooks is the most amazing man! He made this process effortless. So much so, we bought 2 cars! I cant imagine ever going to a car dealership again!

This company is worst than the dealerships. They say they can match a deal from the dealer. You send over everything in writing and outline the deal and they come back with a completely different deal. Dont waste your time with this company. Theyll feed you some story about being in the business from 25 years and value there customers but dont follow through with there promises. All BS Biggest waste of timeJust got a call from the owner and he just tried to feed me more bs about this deal. Complete waste of time and scummy scummy people. Do not waste your time with them. They act worst than a dealer
