Buyer Beware of terrible customer service from Nicole and the owner. Bought hair gel, when I opened it was a runny mess. Tried to return it and get my money back and they refused. Offered me store credit, I looked at a replacement and it too was a runny mess. Nicole very defensive and talking in circles very condescendingly. Do yourself a favor and buy on Amazon, then you can get your money back if the product is in bad shape.

I love this beauty supply store, it has all of my favorite high end brands and I love supporting family owned businesses as much as possible. Make sure you check them out next time youre in the area.
