Just had new windows installed in my home from Agoura Sash & Door. They did such an amazing installation. The installer and his team were courteous and professional. Could not have asked for better customer service as well. I highly recommend Agoura Sash & Door!

Purchased doors and windows here and the service was great! Delivery was on time and the price was very reasonable. The installers were very nice and and cleaned up well afterwards. Will definitely come back.

We got new interior doors, hardware, and retrofit Milgard windows. Salesman was friendly and responsive, and everything was installed as expected. Highly recommended.

Agoura Sash was suggested by a handyman I’d used twice named Gary Moer ( who is older and retiring-as he should!) Gary had me call Brandon for glass shower doors -Brandon told me Gary needs to measure but Gary said he’s not coming back to measure and told me where to measure while he was on the phone . The first thing Gary said the day he came with the doors was “ the measurements a 1/2 inch off !! Was that intentional since he had refused to measure amd Gary Brandon said GARY HAS TO DO THE MEASUREMENTS.Brandon FROM AGOURA SASH was very unhelpful but I bought the doors anyway. When the doors came in I asked Brandon if I can inspect the doors since they are not returnable or refundable. He said nobody ever does - and he said once they are unwrapped they are not returnable. Then he said if you come down here the guys will unwrap them BUT you have to stand 5 feet away and take them in your car ! Seriously- he said that . He said that is the industry standard rule when inspecting glass doors ! No it’s not.I asked the handyman if I could meet him there when he picked up the doors and he said NO.Gary said if I want to inspect the doors I have to pick them up myself. This sounded like they didn’t want me to see the doors. Being I’m trying to get that room rented out it became less important to look and just get shower doors on -When Gary brought them he was a jerk from the beginning. He put the doors on the side of the stucco wall and said the doors are out side if you want to see them - * this is in ring video-btw.When I went to look they were shrink wrapped in cellophane with the corner in cardboard.I asked how I’m supposed to see them and he shrugged “ like who cared” . He started to open them with a razor blade sharp side to the glass !When a customer is concerned about scratched product it was an obvious screw you moment.I asked if he was really going to cut it with a razor blade and he said “ I quit” then he said go ahead and review him he doesn’t care because he’s retiring. He should ! Old man is a jerk- and I’m not the only one who has said that.I hired a neighbors handyman who unfortunately broke one door- with shaking hands. when it was re ordered Brandon from Agoura sash was a sarcastic jerk, totally difficult and seemed to enjoy it . He kept emailing the handyman and canceling the shipping date without giving another date . When the handyman asked me to call Brandon he was sarcastic and said we have no idea when they are coming in . I finally called the owner and he was supposed to call back last Friday but didn’t. Horrible serviceWorst experience ever.

The handle broke off from my sliding glass door. I brought it to Agoura Sash and Door hoping to buy a replacement. They do not stock replacement handles for this model but spent some time with me trying to come up with an answer. They were able to call another company that they know. They sent a photo of it to them and turns out that yes, the other company has them in stock. That couple of minutes meant a lot to me. They could have just as easily said no and good luck since they were not going to make any money off of me. Thank You Very Much

We just changed all the windows and doors in a renovation house (retrofit).Tim Davis was very helpful and pleasant to work with from beginning to the end, he is very knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions. Jose Albarran, the window and door’s installer was very professional and polite.

Great experience with ASD. Shawn Luker was an excellent sales person, he helped us pick out multiple doors that best fit our needs and design preferences. Highly responsive when we needed to order some additional parts. Great products, good prices, highly recommend.

Came to the place to get consultation on the types of doors and choose what’s right for my house. Got paired with a sales person who said that “I had to do my homework before coming” to tell him what I need, so he can sell. Eventually, he explained me very little, though told multiple “people” stories with little value to me. Very unpleasant sales experience. Eventually I did not grasp their lineup of options, so could not choose. I won’t come again.

We waited a long time to redo all the windows and sliders in our home. Agoura Sash and Door was a pleasure to work with and made the process easier. They made helpful suggestions on things we did not think of, and gave design input on window styles that we needed. The house looks brand new now, I never realized the big impact new windows would make! Plus they have a great showroom to walk around and shop ideas!

Paul Thompson is a great customer service rep. He has helped me with many projects-- both small and large. He will research and find the best product at the best price and he does it all with a sincere friendliness. He is my go to guy for all things doors!!

I called here looking for an estimate to fix my hard to slide, sliding door. Even though they do not provide this service, they spent time with me listening and referred me to a company that they have a good relationship with whos only business is sliding glass door repair. Everything worked out perfectly. Thank you for the help.

We recently did a remodel, and purchased all of our windows and doors from Agoura Sash and Door. Brandon took great care of us - communicated with me and my contractor - and all went smoothly. I love the doors and windows and am so happy with our new living space.In the past, I had used another smaller company to save a few bucks - it really backfired as I did not get the window I expected and the company went out of business before situation could be fixed.Now, i will only trust Agoura Sash and Door!

Recently had a new entry doors installed through Agoura Sash and Door. Most of our interactions with salesman Paul Thompson were through e-mail since we live about 35 minutes away. Did have to manage to come in a couple of times to pick out hardware and stain color. Paul was extremely helpful in helping us throughout the entire process of finding, through installing, the doors we had in mind. Customer service and product were top notch. We would highly recommend Paul and Agoura Sash and Door to anyone who wants to replace their entry door(s).

My Wife and I went into ASD over a week ago to get a quote on sliding glass patio doors. Mike in the Sales department was very helpful and professional in helping us pick out a sliding glass door. We were told that someone would be contacting us to come over and take measurements and finalize the quote. That was 10 days ago and we still have not heard from anyone. We Dont have a problem with someone being busy, but just touch base with us to tell us so. We ended up going with another dealer.

The contractor they recommended to install the windows was superb. Ive ordered several doors from Agoura Sash & Door and have been happy with their service. The custom door I ordered was made exactly as I wanted. Delivery was prompt and their prices were good when I compared to others in the area.

I am doing a complete remodel of my House in Malibu. Talked with Tom at ASD and he said he would call me back to arrange a visit and bid. Two days later ....same conversation. Three days later he apologized and said he would call me right back after he looked at the schedule. A week later....Tom....still waiting. Growing a grey beard. Youre a joke....

I drove to their store and spoke with Tom Doherty. I told him that I wanted a Milgard fiberglass window for a bathroom. He said they would install it for a reasonable price, but they could not depend on my measurements. He asked when I was available. I told him Monday. He said the he or his installer would come to the house to measure it. No one called or showed-up. I called him the next day and made an appointment for Friday at 9. He did not come or call.On Monday I received a call from Tom and he said my doors were in. I never ordered doors.Meanwhile, I called the owner and he sent someone to the house that seemed quite knowledgeable. Hopefully, I can just order a window and move on.

With the approach of Winter rains, we needed to replace several single pane windows. We chose ASD and worked directly with Bradley Dorsey. Brad offered us a number of options with the Milgard replacement windows making the most sense.We were able to get our order placed and have the windows delivered/installed well before the arrival of the rains. The real deal closer was Brads willingness to meet me for the final measurements on his day off!

Had a terrific knowledge of what I needed. Product came in on time. Recommended an installer who was terrific. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We just replaced our windows from 1954 with replacement vinyl windows (Tuscany Milgard). Paul, the rep, was fantastic in setting up the order to our specifications. The windows arrived from Milgard at our house with no issues. Then Mark, the installer, was absolutely terrific. He took out the old windows with care and installed the new ones perfectly. Now with the trim work and caulking finished, it looks like the new windows have been part of the house forever! We couldnt be happier!!! The noise level is much lower (we live on a corner lot), and our houses temperature has already stabilized more. Go with Agoura Sash & Door! They get it done right!

I agree with the good things that McNamara about ASD. No question.What I also know is that not all window guys (and just for the record I am not one nor do I have any friends who are), or other guys of any trade who, work out of their garage, are meeting you at your home merely to close you. They may need to say... take a look at the job???The overhead of an awesome place like ASD can at times make the little guys competitive, especially on little jobs. EVERY website that features reviews of the businesses they list virtually ALWAYS has mean spirited bad reviews of the merchant in question. Thats human nature for average humans: knock whomever one resents; but, do not go out of ones way to praise the rest who do a good job. Therefore, all such review sites are normally replete with negativity.Kudos to McNamara because he at least confines his ignorant negativity to independent home based businesses rather than the business on the actual site to which he posted. His post was an irrelevant excuse to knock those whom he does defame but, well, it looks classier because its coached in positivity. I posted this solely to knock McNamara and praised ASD as an aside. Its true; Ive been there and seen their work: theyre pros. But, my real motive is one about which I for one am honest.

I have had good dealings with them.
