Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. I called them to give them anof over $11,000.00 and walked away from giving it to them because of there manager who said Well Sir thats just the way we do business and if you dont like it you dont have to do business with us. They wanted to charge me a $150.00 to come out and take final measurements of the windows and would apply the $150.00 as a credit when I gave them the order.I told them I would give them the $150.00 dollars when they came out and not before, thats when the manager said to me thats the way we do business so I walked for the order.Do not do business with these people they are just RUDE !!!!!Check out what others say about them too, Rude!!!

Coast Door & Hardware completely came through when I could not locate the correct door handle for my new door. Will was helpful and quick in his research and reply! I am planning an upstairs remodel and will definitely use Coast Door & Hardware for the project! Yay for excellent customer service!

I had Coast Door and Hardware assist in the outfitting of my home with new doors and locks about 6 years ago, and when it came to replacing a large picture window about 10 feet off the ground recently, I was most gratified to returning for their assistance. The installation was expertly done. There was no mess to clean up, and the workmanship was first rate. The team was not only pleasant and easy to communicate with but highly also highly professional. We had severe rains within a week of the installation, and Im happy to say there was no leak!

I had a great experience here. Sarah spent a lot of time helping us pick out the right door and glass. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I also commend her co-workers who all jumped in to help us at various times, so it was a real team effort. Best of all, their price for the door was $500 less than Home Depot for the same door. The guy at Home Depot was shaking his head at how Coast could be so much cheaper. I highly recommend this company.

I am compelled to write a good review for Coast Door & Window Company. I live in the state of Texas but I own a couple of properties in Thousand Oaks CA area for many years now.I first used Coast Door & Window Co. a couple of years ago on a recommendation of my plumber. They replaced all the windows in one of my rental house and did a wonderful job.In January 2013, my tenant in another rental house called that a couple of windows are cracking and it looks dangerous. This house was completely updated in 2009. I tried to call my remodeler that installed new windows and doors at the house. I never got a returned phone call or email back from him. So I called Coast Door and spoke toLynette. She remembered me and immediately went to check the broken windows. She told me the “good news” that the windows that were originally installed are fully covered by the manufacturer. I only had to pay for the labor. WOW, what honest company. In addition, Lynette filed all the paperwork with the manufacturer too, which helped me a lot. Job was done and I am very happy. A five star for this company is a must.

Terrible, nasty Customer Service, or should I say lack of it. So glad I found out before I purchased my new doors.
