As a customer of futronix for over 5 years now both for various commercial client jobs and residential jobs. Im here finally writing a review as I purchased a new home and they just finished installing our AV, Alarm, Monitoring, and Camera systems and couldnt have been happier.The attention to detail is important, and even though ive worked with them through various other projects over the years, they still took the extra time to answer questions, recommend certain products, and do a quality installation.Thanks everyone!
I give Futronix 1 star because when Jason, the owner, is on your case, he’s great. However, I referred him to many people before he stopped servicing his current clients. I know at least one other family.. who Jason would not return phone calls when systems didn’t work. His follow through is terrible. He sells you things and then within 2 years, when they become obsolete, he charges more to upgrade. I’m talking $20,000 and then $10,000... and goes on and on. He sent someone to fix my back yard tv. When the signal from wasn’t allowing for video, onlyAudio, he sent someone to fix it. He sent an invoice. Within the month, the issue happened again. He asked me to pay my bill. I told him the tv still wasn’t working and I have no problem paying it if it was fixed. I’ve been texting, emailing for 4 months and he never responds to fix the issue he caused. There are so many good AV guys out there. Jason’s a nice guy but he can’t run a business solely on new clients... he must stand by his work.. and foster the relationships he has.
