Absolutely non-existant customer service!I purchased a replacement battery for my laptop (sold by Amazon). it stopped working after just 10 cycles out of promised 500. Clearly a defective item.Amazon refused to do anything after 30 days except refer me to the manufacturer.Amsahr simply ignored my warranty request.Lenovo said that since it was sold by Amazon, its up to amazon to provide a replacement.$100 down the drain. Wouldnt buy anything made by Amsahr.
