Just the nicest people! The best service. Totally competent and caring staff who go out of their way to please the customer and do things correctly. They do everything--even passport picts!! Thanks you guys.

Was very disappointed that my brother paid over $115.00 to ship my (used) vitamins & amino acids to London & was guaranteed a certain delivery date, no matter what! Nope! They never made it despite the guarantee! And, there was absolutely NO refund. So, I lost both the shipping funds & supplements because I had to come back to US. Very frustrating & I don’t like & will not support a business that won’t stand behind their guarantees. Thumbs way down! 👎👎 Bleh!Added:This happened three years ago, to clarify, so there may be new owners, and I no longer have the paperwork. But, we were definitely verbally guaranteed that the shipment would be there or I would have sent another way, so perhaps, it was a verbal mistake to do that, but again, it was some time ago. I was just recalling it because I must go over there again... hopefully with all items I need!I have read all of the reviews. Sometimes, it is best to be gracious, and accept a negative comment. There are plenty of good ones, as well. But, you seem to deny that anything negative happens there with every review, as if you have no culpability. Yes, your store does make mistakes sometimes, just as we all do!

Ive used a lot of notaries over the years and would describe them as direct, to-the-point, efficient, friendly etc. The notary here is better described as abrasive, unfriendly, and thoroughly annoyed that he has to deal with the public. He makes it very clear that he does not want your business. So please, save him the annoyance, and use one of the other 500 notaries in the area.***You’re correct, I did not use your services. Right store, I chose to take my business elsewhere after the rude phone conversation with your notary.

I have been a customer here since 2013...packages and notary public needs and live scan (digital fingerprinting) for a background check. Since 2018, I have added a mail box at that location as well. They also offer a large array of marketing and printing services. They are always courteous and helpful and I am in and out swiftly. I recommend them should you have need of their services.

This is my go to UPS store. Friendly people, helpful, help with packages to your car etcetera.John, who has been there for years, knows his customers by name and goes out of his way to be helpful and kind. This is the only place i go for UPS type services.

I LOVE your store! You have everything I need for shipping, mailing, copying, etc...and the employees will try their very best to help me with the copy machine as I always need LARGE copies...also youre right down the street from me so its very convenient. Least helpful shipping store I have ever been to. Used them only for their convenience to my location. They are crazy expensive to use for USPS and boxing services. I will avoid from now on.

A few months ago I wrote a mean review. I realize now that I was just taking my bad day out on others and I apologize. That was not an okay thing for me to do.The UPS Store is a lovely place to go to. The store is always clean and festive. The staff always welcomes me with friendly smiles and a warm greeting. I like how they ask me how my day is going and actually seem interested.I baked them pumpkin crescent rolls and they were so grateful for the treat . that made me feel really happy. I wouldnt trust anyone else but this awesome team to wrap my stuff with care and expertise. John, who has been there for many years, packs things like they were his own. He makes sure they will arrive at their desitinantion in one piece. Journey, always makes me laugh and is such a sweetheart to everyone who comes in. Jim, the owner, is always happy to answer any questions I may have about different types of packaging choices.I will definetly be going here for any and all packing needs I have. #UPS

I have rented a postal box at this UPS Store for roughly five years with no complaints. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

I have had a mail box at this location since 2012, when the new owners took over, they sold my mailbox to another client. all my mail was getting rejected, all my published books and business documents, cards, letters heads and business cards for over 100 employees had this mail box address. they cost me thousands of dollars in damage, on top of that, they are holding my mail because I refused to pay them after that incident. they are not friendly, and refuse to reassign my mailbox back to me. I even called the corporate office and reported the incident, NO response and no feedback. Be careful of the words with no action. I will never refer anyone to them.

I have rented a box here for about 4 months now. The staff (I usually work with John, Journey, and Steven) are very competent, professional, and have always made me feel welcome.

I bought postage stamps today. The owner charged me $.62.5 each. First class stamps at the post office are $.49 for first class. I was ripped of for $5.00. I wont be buy stamps here any more.

I went in with a return in which I was sent to label, and I was told to just bring it to the UPS store and they would put it in say when I arrived a lady behind the cash register helped me and was very rude. She was insisting to sell me $2 envelope to put my small video into return. Actually a DVD. She then said that there were no previous envelopes unless you were sending overnight. The return label said ground. I left and went to the next closest UPS store who strangely enough have free UPS envelopes to put my return in. I will never go back to this UPS Store again. It is worth driving the few extra blocks to the next one.

I have been doing business with this location and the owner for 15 plus years. Without exception, I have found the service superb and the charges fair.I drive from Calabasas to deal with these people because I consider them as friends.

Typical UPS store and I have never had a bad experience here. I have used their notary service as well and that was quick and easy.
