I LOVE THIS STORE❤❤ cant wait to go back.

I wasnt exactly aware how the curbside pickup worked and didnt notice that they had some slots designated in the parking lot for pickup.Instead, I pulled up to the curb and let them know that I was there by tapping the link in my email.A girl came out with my purchase very quickly and handed it over and it was done and out. I was not even there for 2 minutes.Great service!

A great selection of everything needed for beds, baths and much more, frames, air ovens, cleaners, trash bins, coffee makers, you have a receipt no problems with returns, you get 10-30% discount if you sign up, Nicole was excellent

Clean and well organized store. The cashier at customer service was awesome. I was attempting to pay with Afterpay in store for first time and was having technical difficulties to say the least but she was very patient and didnt make me feel like I was a bother or at all rushed.P.s.Great deals too!

The store has been remodeled. They took down a lot of walls that were blocking sight lines. Store looks alot cleaner and better organized.

I had a nice experience my first trip inside the store, I was picking up an order to deliver to a customer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked me out without hassle and swiftly. I added a couple of photos of the store upon entry so people can see what they will see if they enter the store.

They have an excellent selection of many household items and very nice polite workers and cashiers.

Not as big as the North Olmsted one was. Still has a large line of kitchen and home supplies. I had no problem finding someone to point me in the right direction for items I was looking for. They still take all BBB coupons even if expired.

Things have changed, and more stores have closed. The quantity of quality products are less, but the same products can be found at a better price, you just need to look. It seems like BBB is changing a premium for lesser quality products. BBB at one time was the place to go, but now it is pretty much abysmal.

Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service and their holiday incentive was totally bogus. I bought a Roomba in December because of the $100 back incentive. When I received the notification of my funds it said they expired in December 2021. They disappeared at the end of December 2020 and Ive been contacting customer service to replace but am getting radio silence from them.

The staff was very patient with my high maintenance parents! They ordered from one location in their hometown in Virginia and arranged for me to pick up the order here. The curbside pick up was quick and friendly.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond, They have a huge selection of items for every space in your home and priced competitively.

Did not have what I needed.

They were out of a lot of things. Its always been my go to last minute Christmas gift stop, but this year they let me down. Ill try JC Penney and Kohls tomorrow.

Be careful because you can spend a pretty penny here on just the clearance items alone. I was actually here to exchange a defective product and the young man at the service desk took very good care of me and even opened upthe new packaging for me to make sure it was going to work.

Great store; all kinds of things you never knew you needed until you see them. They carry Soda Stream and all supplies for it. Of course, I came home with extra gadgets. Associates are always helpful, which is amazing, considering how much work they obviously do to maintain such a massive inventory and the mess customers create. Kudos to those hard workers. I hope they are appreciated and paid well by the company!

Lots of empty shelves, though the employees were working hard to remedy that.

Nice clean store great variety

The service at this store is flat out amazing. If an employee is with a customer, that takes priority. Even when understaffed they do a lot to help everyone. All the employees were very knowledgeable about their products. The help we got with setting up the wedding registry was amazing. We went from no items to 150+. It really took the stress out of it.

There was no one to help me. When I did see staff it was a group of employees in a huddle gossiping. And the cashier when asked where something was, I guess over by the dish area . Never again.

Sales associate and manager were very accommidating. The item I was purchasing did not have a box so I received 10% off even though it was on sale. Thats what I call good Customer service and why I always shop BB& B!

Full complement of all things useful in the kitchen, bed, bath, and who knows where else. I found tons of things I wasnt even looking for in addition to what I WAS looking for. A bit pricey, but not overwhelming. Who would have thought there would be a whole wall of can openers, etc?

We were shopping for a organization, we had vistited another location. Prior to going here we called and were told The items we were looking for were 60% off. The prices were not even close to the other store. But we still got some items, but the discount was not even close to what was told to us. Very disappointed. The staff was very friendly and the store is cleaned, cluttered but clean.

Won’t price match anything that isn’t their online store. They sell the Nespresso but none of the pods. Selves were empty. Not impressed.

Very typical Bed, Bath, & Beyond location. Crocker Park seems to get busier by the day, so it can be a pain to get in and out of the parking lot and find a space. But once you do, its all pretty much exactly what youd expect from a BBB.Dont forget to wait until you get a coupon in the mail to save some $$$. They come pretty regularly.
