A few years ago we had our master bath professionally remodeled and our contractor used Edelman for all the plumbing fixtures. Fast forward to June of 2020 and we decided to do a DIY remodel of our powder room and main full bath. We called Edelmans because they were so nice to work with before. They did not disappoint us this time as they were able to pull up our order from a few years ago which made ordering the toilets and undermount sinks very easy. We wanted a consistent look throughout the bathrooms, so their record keeping made this very easy.We made an appointment with @Olivia Merdita to pick out the vessel sink and faucets to round out our new project. She was respectful of our budget and was able to guide us to the right fixtures to complement the design and look we were going for.Once the toilets, sinks and fixtures arrived, they delivered them right to our home to ensure they arrived without any problems or breakage.We did have one manufacturing defect on one of the faucets and all it took was a phone call to Olivia and she jumped right on it and got a new fixture ordered for us right away. Edelmans will help ensure your remodel is as worry free as possible, whether you are a DIYer or using a professional contractor. I highly recommend them!

I wasn’t expecting to remodel my bathrooms until late 2021. My contractor had a cancellation and started demolition the very next day. Edelman’s showroom in Westlake is like a candy store. The plumbing fixtures and faucets are plentiful & beautiful. Olivia has been a delight to work with. She never misses a beat when it comes to placing the order for our fixtures, hardware, fittings, and whatever else the plumber requires for install. Not-to-mention our delivery guy, Jeff. Always smiling, arrives early/on time, treats every box with care, and probably has my address memorized! The sales people in the showroom will assist you in everything from your basic faucet selection to a state of the art high end bathroom or kitchen design of your dreams, complete with body sprays and rain heads if that is what you desire.. Additionally the counter sales for professionals are both knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing is reasonable and service is always friendly. We have used Edelman for over a decade and highly recommend them for all of you plumbing supply needs.

We remodeled two bathrooms through Edelmans of Westlake. Both times I worked with Danielle Long, who was pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. The products are first-class, look great and are very functional. Even though we had a slight problem with the Basco door on the second bathroom, Danielle followed it through to completion and worked with the people at Basco to make sure it was installed correctly. We are very pleased with both bathrooms and our experience at Edelmans.
