The manager at this location Taylor is by far the best I have ever dealt with in a customer service industry she has such a humble and positive attitude truly gives off the journeys experience. I hope the company appreciates her as much as her customers do! Will definitely be going back to her!!

Super friendly staff & so so helpful!! I actually drove a little further to get to this one because they’re always so friendly, they didn’t have my size in stock (it was a pretty busy day) but they called another store to put them on hold for me right away or offered to ship them to me & we’re very sweet about it! Favorite location!

Every time I come here they go out of their way to make me feel at home, and accommodate me. Great styles in stock, only place I buy kicks from.

Its a nice journeys store

I was shopping and looking for a good deal on a pair of shoes. As soon as I stepped in the store I was greeted by Nate who is amazing. He asked me how I was doing and what he could do to help me or find anything for me he pulled out multiple pairs of shoes for me and help me find my size his service was so awesome that journeys is one of the only places I want to go to buy shoes.

They dont have wide

We went in to buy a couple of pairs of shoes. We were the only customers in the store. It was approximately 8:15pm. When we walked in, the male clerk wasnt thrilled that we came in. We asked if they carried a specific shoe. He said they did. We asked if he had the size we were looking for. He said they probably did. He then said If we wanted he could go look in the back. Really??? Ok, so we waited and he came out with the shoes. He didnt say anything. He just sat them in the counter.In the meantime a female clerk cameout from the back. She was not friendly at all. She looked rather annoyed at us. We asked her for a pair of childs shoes. She seemed very irritated that we asked. She went back and got the shoes. When she came out we told her those were the wrong pair. She rolled her eyes at us and took them to the back. She came out with the right pair. However we needed a bigger size. When we asked her for a bigger size, she just took the shoes and walked back. She came out and handed us the bigger size. We tried them on and decided to get them. She never said a word except to have an annoyed look on her face.We bought the two pairs and left. I have spent my last dime in that store. Dont shop here. If there was less than one star I would mark that.

No honoring of online Journeys coupons at the store even though valid for in store use. Worst part was the store manager couldnt care less. Ended up spending $200 in store and missed $30 discount they wouldnt honor. Lesson learned.

Maybe if they gave the employees more than 8 hours a week it would be better. The comanager amd store manager get about 50 hours a week while employees get 8
