This location has awesome workers. They work clean and fast and feel efficient and friendly. They made a slight mistake and gave me a smaller version of my order than what I paid for and instantly fixed it. This location stays very busy and theyre fast . One thing is if you go on the weekends you may have to wait in the line that can be backed up to the street. They get through it really quickly and theyre really good .If 99% accuracy and smiling faces bothers you this may not be the place .If that sounds great though, give them a try

Ordered on line. Young man at this location was efficient with hot drinks ready at time specified; however, my breakfast sandwich was not even in the process of being made and took forever to finally get. Staff are quite slow & inattentive. Would recommend another location to get drinks and food, or youll be waiting. even if ordered on Mobile app like I did.

This location is always extremely busy yet somehow my drink is ready quickly and delicious every time. The staff is also very friends even at their busiest times.

I went to the Avon starbucks and they messed up my order so I came to this one so they could remake my drink. I was kind of nervous to go inside and ask but Pete immediately made me feel so comfortable and remade it perfectly. He is so friendly and cheerful. Busy place but I can’t complainYes the drinks are way over priced but they are so good ! I can order the same drink 100 times and it always taste the same unlike Dunkin where you never know what you are going to get. I usually go to the Starbucks that sits in the same area as District Market on Detroit because I can basically walk there. The customer service is always friendly ( unlike Dunkin ) and I always order my drink 20-30 min ahead of time on my mobile so I can park near Five Guys, walk in and grab it. It’s always ready ! For those who are complaining of the long lines, try to preorder it about 30 min ahead of time. I usually just order it when I wake up, then I get dressed and grab my coffee. I seen reviews that they don’t feel safe because someone approaches their car. Well Starbucks employees sometimes take the order on an iPad while you are in line to try to speed things up. There use to be an employee who would make you inch closer and closer hoping to fit the cars in better . I haven’t seen them in awhile but that was during the pandemic when it was at its peak. I work in the hospital and Starbucks has saved my sanity as I worked with very sick patients during pandemic. I hope they all get a nice bonus or raise for their excellent service

I made the mistake of placing my order at the wrong Westlake location and asked one of the batistas if I could move my order, she said Ill check and then came back asking for our order. I came in today to pick up a mobile order and felt unsafe at the lack of plexiglass dividers. They were there the last time I went in, but apparently they’ve been removed. Will not be returning until the safety standards are improved. If they’re being unsafe towards customers, what are they like in the back??

Not from the area but due to business, my hotel was close. I pulled up to drive thru at 5:59 am and was told the window doesnt open until 6:00 am. Really? 1 minute and I literally would have waited at the window for the remainder of the time. However I was told I must come in for my order. Once I came in, I was then told they didnt see my name on mobile order list. I ordered from the same place I ordered from the day before. Poor customer service and rude.

I dont feel safe in this Starbucks anymore, after I went inside to pick up a mobile order this evening. I may come back after the pandemic is over, but Im really dissapointed. They removed the plexiglass barrier on their counter where you pick up your drink! They havent had social distancing markers on the floor for months, which I let slide because its such a small store, but taking down the barrier between customers and the baristas seems pointless and is the last straw for me. This Starbucks has many elderly customers who come inside, and this store does nothing to protect them from catching covid, which is still getting worse. Im switching to Dunkin, and its cheaper anyway.

This might be one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to I don’t typically stop here in the mornings before work however I have 3 times now in about the last week twice I waited over 20 mins inside the restaurant after walking in with NOT one other person in there before I walked in BOTH of those times the person who walked in after me walked out with their coffee before me. One of these stops was to replace a coffee that was completely wrong and I walked out with the smallest coffee I have ever seen in my life I just didn’t have time to wait around for them to make me another 20 min coffee. My last was this morning and again the coffee is just terrible and I feel like calling again is just a waste of time since the first time I went to go get my replacement coffee they acted like they couldn’t find it or it wasn’t wrote down and I literally talked to someone the day before just awful.

This review is for the drive-thru. The amount of time spent in the drive-thru is unacceptable. For clarity, I am referring to the 20 to 45 minutes! Going inside is not faster because they are too busy filling online orders first. It does not matter what day of the week. In addition, the line wraps into traffic and complete strangers knock on car windows asking drivers to move forward when there isnt anywhere to move. Idk about anyone else, but when a stranger walks up on me I find it aggressive and hostile-not to mention it scares me to death! The other Starbucks down the street has the same situation. The Avon, Elyria, and Westlake Dover Center stores do not have this problem. In fact, I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks. Unfortunately, the 2 Detroit Rd stores are conveniently located for my business. The other downfall is I am a native Seattle girl and was there when the Bucks began and a true diehardl!

Ordered an iced dairy free coffee drink because I’m lactose intolerant. First, they gave me a hot coffee and then as I’m half through my iced coffee I get a terrible upset stomach because they didn’t use Coconutmilk like I had asked. Now my stomach is in so much pain!!

The New Store is amazing with the seating room and the employees are all nice and professional, which is perfect. My only complaint is, its the coldest Starbucks I have ever sat in. I always sit at Starbucks for hours to study, but with this one I need to start bringing a blanket. Everyone sitting here doing work is always still wearing their coat too, which is unusual for sitting at a place for a long time. You want to be able to take off your coat so that when you do go back in the cold it doesnt feel even more cold to you. If youre coming here for great service, people, and space you will love it. If youre coming to sit and study, read, work... bundle up!

I ordered a venti Iced Carmel macchiato with light ice. I got a half cup of ice almost no Carmel and 1 shot of espresso. It tasted like watered down milk. This is the 3rd time. Price went up quality went down.

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Apparently realizing that a mocha frappucino DOES NOT come with a chocolate drizzle on top is a hard concept to grasp. They make it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. And the drink itself is always too light and does not taste right. When I asked them to remake it, it was STILL done wrong and they gave it to me without whipped cream!!! When I asked them to put whipped cream on, they hardly put any on at all and they STILL asked if I wanted a chocolate drizzle on top😡I am never coming here ever again

I went here frequently and Kelsey waited on me daily. She was perfect and knew my order. I went last Friday and Carrie the shift supervisor waited on me and boy was it a horrible experience. Carrie was rude and abrupt. When I got to the window, I said Good Morning, Carrie yelled back “ What? What you say?” She snatched my card, blew her breath when I asked for a cup holder and practically threw my order at me. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. I’ll miss Kelsey and the other young lady with dark curly hair.😕

Employees here are always really nice and accomdating. One time I had an order I placed over the phone and they noticed I was waiting for like 10min until they asked what my order wad. Turns out, my order was sent to a different starbucks but they did it for me anyways and did not give me any hard time for it. Employees are super nice.

I honestly think this is probably the worst Starbucks in the Cleveland area. The wait is always horrendous and the same drink ALWAYS tastes different every time I get it! No consistency.Case and point - placed an online order for pickup over the holidays for about 10 coffees and some coffee cake. Got to the location to pick up the order and had to wait 45....yes FORTY FIVE extra minutes for the order to be ready. Now most people would ask “why didn’t you leave?” Well...you can’t just leave if they’ve already taken your money!Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Its convenient, but the service is lacking. Starbucks is a place that you feel a little guilty about going to, so you should get five star service when paying a five star price for the coffee.

As Starbucks go, this one has everything you expect. The staff is friendly and make an effort to get to know the regulars. The line can get long in the morning, but it moves fast.
