The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Due to its closeness to my home I had to use it for three years. Through out those three years I did not pick up one prescription with out it taking at least 30 minutes with a ton of confusion. Pharmacists are terrible people who are rude to customers and act like it is the end of the world if they have to help anyone. Dont go here. CVS- fire your entire pharmacy staff and get people who are happy to work and help people in need.

I stopped here this morning to pick up some prescriptions. They came to $110. The Pharmacist noticed that our insurance information was no longer on file and asked for the card. I explained that we lost coverage in March. He asked if I can wait a few minutes. He was able to get us a discount on the prescriptions. He didnt have to do this; it was unexpected and outstanding service. I am glad we do all of our business here.

The managers and cashiers are very unfriendly, And you can tell they do not like people with color to their skin, will never shop at this cvs again I felt discriminated against and uncomfortable from the dirty looks the managers and employees give you. They definitely stereotype at this store, and need to re-evaluate the employees they have as well as their customer service, they are rude and who wants to shop some where someone looks at you like you disgust them.

Couldnt pick up prescription because the pharmacy closed before its stated time of 8 PM. Poor service, but only what you would expect from this crummy chain. Go anywhere else but here!!

You have to go to the pharmacy window for coronavirus testing. They don’t clearly label this

I saw that this location had a very low rating on Google reviews and thought it was perhaps a little unfair. I felt the need to write something because my experience with this pharmacy was not just one of average quality, but actually of exceptional quality. I have received personal phone calls and text messages when prescriptions are nearing refill time. The text response to refill is so easy to use, but also the various people Ive spoken with on the phone have all been very pleasant and helpful with questions. They have always been timely with filling new prescriptions as well, and send reminder calls for pick up when needed. All too often in this day and age, negativity prevails online, so I wanted to reach out to say keep up the great attitude, it made a lasting impression on me!

Had issues with the pharmacy staff (unhelpful, no empathy) at chardon cvs, hoping to get better service at the Westlake store- NOPE. same. I guess CVS really doesnt want my business

This CVS is awesome! Adam the Pharmacist helped us a lot and got discount for me for new prescription my doctor put me on thats not expensive. Im self enjoyed and pay 100% out of pocket for medication and health care so this was lot of help.

The store is nice but this is the worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’m in process of transferring all my RX to another pharmacy.

Im amazed at the negative feedback. Ive never had a problem with this pharmacy. I drive thru get my stuff and go. Pharm Techs are always in a good mood...no problems. Ive been going there over ten years.

I have been using this pharmacy for quite a few years, and have always had good service. Not real talkative in the pharmacy, but they always ask if I have any questions.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is so incredibly rude and unhelpful.The first time I went, the woman in line in front of me asked a simple question about dosage and the pharmacy tech refused to give her a straight answer. Eventually, the pharmacist chimed in from the back. Then, my prescription was rung up at a much higher cost than what I was quoted for by the pharmacist that morning when I dropped it off. I asked if they accepted GoodRx coupons, and the tech was not familiar with the program - really surprising considering this is a popular coupon program recommended at many doctors offices.The second time I went to this pharmacy was to pickup a refill. Again, the techs were rude and clueless. Even though I had received an automated phone call and text saying my rx was ready for pickup at this pharmacy, the tech and the pharmacist said they didnt have my prescription. They did not offer any help and were dismissive.After these two bad experiences, I will be switching pharmacies.

Terrible staff and service. They will watch you stand waiting at the pharmacy and not acknowledge you. I have unfortunately experienced this treatment on more than one occasion. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I go there. Even the cashiers are rude and seem to be preoccupied with everything else besides the paying customer.

Used this CVS multiple times for OTC and prescription meds. My experience has always been excellent.

Poor pharmacy service but nice staff overall.

This CVS needs baptized a few times. Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to and also the nastiest bathroom. Really, you can tell when the employees have a separate bathroom.

My doctor sent a prescription over electronically, but the pharmacist said no such order came in and couldnt help me and walked away. I was rather incredulous since my doctor just sent it in a half hour before. So I waited again on line after getting my visit summary and waited for another staff member who confirmed yes, the doctor did send the medication in and they will have it ready for me. So I essentially wasted 30 minutes in this place because of an uncaring pharmacist named amin.

Probably the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life!

The pharmacy at this location is very poor. They do not tell you important information in regards to your medication refills until you are at counter, when they should have called you prior about the situation.
