We got new windows with a contractor, Jim,Who installed them. We were very happy, until the middle of the winter, 2019, when I noticed the large picture window got a tiny crack in it. I informed my husband that he needed to get that taken care of the next day. Jim was out of town until spring. In the meantime, the crack is spreading across the window, and is causing a draft. And I am concerned. My husband called again. This time, Jim is having a hard time with his wife on hospice. So again, we wait. Why is no one calling back?It is now almost August and the window is falling apart! Do not ever use this company! They do not follow through! The window did not last one year! I want my old picture window back, it had no cracks and held up to the high and low temperatures.
