Frank Stanton visited to thoughtfully look over the windows needing replacement and hear our needs, then provided options with pluses, minuses, prices, deals. After agreement and factory production, James Taylor and his experienced crew efficiently installed the windows with minimum fuss and maximum courtesy plus craftsmanship. They left call-back numbers in case of any problems, but all windows function quite well, just as agreed and demonstrated.

Disappointed. I knew they wouldnt be inexpensive, but Damn... 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰but they are higher quality windows than most, per Consumer Reports. Recd a highly detailed, comprehensive quote from a personable, intelligent salesman. Just out of my price range.

Patti was wonderful to work with. Everything was ordered and installed on time. The installers were very professional and we were comfortable having them in our home.

We completely replaced all windows on the top floor of our house; eight total. The installers were polite, didnt make a mess, and worked as quickly and quietly as possible - even in cold November. We immediately noticed how effectively the windows blocked out noise. However, the biggest shock to us was how much the price of our heating bills dropped during the winter, and air conditioning bills in summer. Besides that, they are beautiful looking and easy to clean.

From our initial meeting with Frank S. to the final installation of our Pella Windows, we are very satisfied with our experience. We have been Pella customers consistently. Our home came with Pella and over a 35 year span we have replaced some windows and now plan on replacing three windows and a sliding door. Pella is reliable and adds to the beauty and efficiency of our home. The only improvement we would add would be moving up our December installation date! We had our house built and pella windows were put in they have been trash since we moved in replacing 4 already, the last issue that just happened last week our little one happened to be looking outside of their sisters playing and the window just came down and by the grace of God it missed her hands, I called to see if I can get a replacement window cuz I was under the assumption lifetime warranty apparently theyre limited lifetime warranty, but they will come out and take a look for a service charge and if the technician deems theres an issue its my responsibility for replacement parts. Looks like I will be in the market for replacement windows and they definitely will not be from Pella.

I had the opportunity to replace my low end builders grade windows and doors with Pella 350 Vinyl Windows, a Lifestyle slider with in-glass blinds and a hide away roll screen, and a beautiful solid mahogany front entry door with sidelights and a transom window. This was a large project with over 40 openings, and let me say that the team at Pella was very helpful with every step of the project. Katie in sales really helped me pick out the right window system and was patient as i tried to learn about windows and doors. There are many many choices. While working from home during the pandemic, I was able to see how the installers (John and James) made sure that each window was air and water tight. Lastly, Alana in the office made sure that everything was scheduled and arrived on time. Im very happy with the project and the materials that we used. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Pella. There are a lot of windows out there (and a lot of opinions about windows), but only one vinyl window is rated number one by Consumer Reports. Its the Pella 350 system. I feel like I got a quality product installed by experts and thus a good value for the money spent. On the performance side, the house is noticably quieter and after a couple of heavy sideways rains already, there is absolutely no water or air infiltration.
