This used to be a great place. Now there is a lot of security and they make you line up and wait in the alley to gain access. Weird
Apple was an awesome store. I made appt. to speak to party about a new machine. He helped, answered questions and told me someone would be there if there were more questions.Crocker Park Apple Store, great place!
The Apple store is a polished and beautiful presentation of the Apple products that are offered to the public. Its wonderful to just walk in there and browse and know that somebody will always be nearby to give you the information you need or the text advice that youre looking for. This store has been in our area for a number of years now and knows very well how to treat the customer and all there is to know about the products theyre dealing with. I always feel quite safe and comfortable and knowing that I have a thorough knowledge of the tech Im about to purchase, and should I need any assistance of any kind theyre crew will always be there for me as a customer.
Very rude customer service yesterday. My daughter paid for her own Apple Watch series 3 September 2020. It was all she could afford and I was so proud of her for working and buying her own. She’d had been having problems with it not receiving texts or calls so we took it here. The store had all these workers but only certain ones could take care of you. I talked to three different ones and they made it seem like someone would be with us soon. After asking a manager she went and found someone. When talking to him she had an attitude about it being a series 3. We finally got assistance. This woman tried to get my daughter to trade it in for $85 and get a series 6. I was like no she can’t afford that. Plus this one is less than a year old. A short while later I was talking to people near me. Having a conversation about how I’m tired of Apple products failing and being told I could trade in a watch. She had the nerve to eavesdrop and say I never told you that. Had an attitude and was quite rude. I responded first of all you are not part of this conversation. Secondly, uh yeah ya did. I live in Sandusky so for now on I will go to Toledo.
Open product BEFORE you bring home!!!!My husband went to the store on the 11th at 7:20 PM to buy me a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max as a gift for me that hes been saving up for some time. When he brought the phone home, I opened the package which was not sealed - I didnt think much of it because this is a direct purchase from Apple which located in a fancy area, no reason to be suspicious. When I pulled it out, the SIM card slot was jammed and was not in all the way - we plugged in the phone and the Apple logo appeared and kept on blinking. We figured for $1500 we need to get an exchange for a brand new one, as this one is obviously used/returned/damaged by another customer.Next day on 12th my husband goes to the store at the same time after work to return the phone. Surprise! they tell him they cant confirm that the serial number matches the box because they cant get the phone to turn on - even though when they sold us the package it was NOT sealed. They said our only option is to take the phone and send it to depot and if they confirm the serial number matches that they will REPAIR the phone under limited warranty. If they cant confirm, we LOSE our money.I am going to do everything I can to file every investigation because we simply work hard for our money and I will not get ripped off.My advice to everyone: WHATEVER you buy - make sure you open it in the store and confirm its the right device. Dont be fooled that its a fancy store in a fancy mall, things could still happen. It could be another customer it could be their employees, reality it is - they should always check and do their due diligence in ensuring the customer receives a packaged secure device and they didnt do this this time. The plastic wrap was placed only on top, it had no bottom and when you take it off the top of the box wasnt sealed to the bottom at all.
Bought an iPhone unlocked, service was great. I took the phone home opened the box. The phone would not charge up and kept looping. Noticed that the we card slot was jammed. Right out the box!!!! I took it back the next day. And because they could not confirm the serial numbers they told me I could not exchange it or get a refund. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! Not fair.Makes no sense! IM OUT OF MY 1500 dollars and a PHONE at this point. NOT COOL, NEED HELP
Too busy. We need more apple store around Cleveland. 3 hours there for an os update issue on my work MacBook Pro...
I was schedule to pick up two accessories between 17:45 to 18:00 on January 15. The new process is different however, very understandable due to the current pandemic. Once called into the store I realized I didn’t have my driver’s license. I told the young man who was helping me and he told me he needed to talk to the supervisor. She came over and I told her I had two cards with my name on it, my work badge, and the invoice on my cell phone. When I was showing her those items, I assumed she wanted to see them up close however she stated “I don’t want to touch it”, which was fine and understandable but I didn’t feel the statement was very nice to say so others could hear it. She could have just kept the comment to herself and continued to just “look” at my items. Also, during my interaction with her, several times I was referred to as “girl” which I felt was very rude. I am African American and she was Caucasian and I was curious if she addressed other adult women as “girl.” It is more professional and respectful to address customers by their first name. This really bothered me which is why I decided to leave a rating. I really hope she is notified about this rating so she will know and understand that others have feelings and should be treated with respect. Thanks.
This Apple store never passes up an opportunity to disappoint. Last time they gave me an unfinished iPhone for my wife just to get us out of the store. Had to have it setup and activated at the AT&T store at Great Northern. This time -- I downloaded iOS 15 and asked if it could be reversed to iOS 14.8 because I had an app that no longer worked with 15. Before I even saw a tech, big Jay my Genius Bar greeter started making excuses. The tech Jay assigned looked at it a bit, consulted with fellow genius Ace and determines theres nothing they can do. Also told me my iPad was not backed up to the Cloud -- another reason he could not help me.So, I go home, find a tutorial online, download 14.8, restored it thru iTunes and voila Im back in business. And BTW I updated my apps by downloading my backup from the Cloud which they said had not been done! The Genius boys need to give back their Genius cards because they are anything but Geniuses!
Always a helpful and friendly place with an above average in stock selection, even for obscure MacBook Pro configurations. I’ve had several great conversations and personal experiences with employees over the years of shopping and needing my machines serviced.
Like most apple stores, super helpful staff but I feel like these people go above and beyond.
Nice spot with Cinema and Restaurants and an open commercial center with various stores.
May 30th, waited in line then was asked why we were there, said to buy a watch. Was then told they were not taking walk ins and to make an apt for tomorrow! The store was practically empty. Like selling me a $400 watch was doing me a favor. All the other stores in Crocker park packed.
Clean, friendly and knowledgeable quick service
Customer service at this location is not great. Would recommend going to the Woodmere location, and Summit as your second option.
I called Friday April 30, 2021 at 6 pm. I spoke with a gentle man directly at the store, I asked him to make me an appointment because I want to buy a laptop. He quoted back to me “We don’t take appointments for purchases, you just come to the store”. I get to the store to only get told they only take appointments ?!? I don’t understand how they just lie to you through the phone when you try and schedule an appointment way a head of time due to your work schedule. So unprofessional, don’t recommend.
You must make an appointment to get tech help. Time slots more than 24 hours lead time.
Very helpful staff, hand sanitizer readily available if anyone cares about that anymore. Overall great experience.
I was helped quickly and with ease. If ever there is a problem, I know where to go!
Always a great store to visit but plan on waiting to get service. Plenty of staff walking around but you’ll still have to wait about 15-20 minutes just to get assistance on the product or service you need. Plan on your service taking 30-45 minutes to complete
The gentlemen was very helpful.
This place is the best. Thanks Branden.
There were no actual apples. False advertising, greatly disappointed.
I’m always happy when I go here, unlike some of the other stores. I feel like these employees actually care. We made an appointment for my daughters iPad as it was no longer updating and what I call the “apple of death”. They were able to force restore it and luckily for her all of her pictures were still in the cloud. I hadn’t backed it up in a couple of weeks. Didn’t feel rushed out at all.
Had an appointment to get something resolved that was already put into place from a phone call with Apple. I get there and had to wait. Then I’m told I had to leave my product and come back when they called me. They never called, I had decided to show up and see what’s going on and my item was already ready for pickup. Glad to have my issue resolved, but I would expect better customer care.
They got my phone fixed like I asked. I just wish I hadnt had to stand in a cold windy alley for so long even though I was right on time for my appointment. I was left to stand at a table by myself to wait for my phone to be brought out as well. I stood there for at least 10 minutes. I got over it mostly once my phone was in my hands. I just hope this appointment thing doesnt start happening everywhere.
Very strange experience. The manager’s demeanor was very off putting as she spoke at me in an overly aggressive manner. This used to be a fun place to go. The store has a bad vibe now. :(
Noah is the best he was able to solve my wifes problems on her phone and we walked out with a brand new phone 2 👍up to Noah will definitely be back thanks Noah
Eaten the best 👍👍👍👍. Thank you so much!
Due to covid you most stand outside. They ran +20min. late for an appt. in 10 degree weather. Only reason for 2 stars is the security was nice! Moving to android based phone...Im done!!!
Awesome best service hands down all cell phones providers shoul set goals toward being on Apples level
Great service. Attention to detail as well as above and beyond for all employees dealt with.
I can deal with air of pretentiousness but being talked to like a child and general lack of concern for ACTUAL customer service is another thing. The employees are there to sell stuff and not help. I took my elderly neighbor there bc she set up an appointment and then I stepped outside for 5 min. I decided to check in on her and shes struggling to sign in to her apple account. I sat with her for 10 min figuring it out for her literally right in front of the employee that was there to help her. Turns out that was all she needed. I cant fathom how a store full of employees couldnt do their job to help an elderly woman for 5 min. So youre welcome guys. I did your job for free and you still get paid.
This Apple store in Crocker Park, Westlake, Ohio, USA, has the worst record ever for making people wait in the freezing weather here in North East Ohio 🥵The security guards & Technicians here are very rude !Apple store & other retailers in tCrocker Park, Ohio should have a mandatory class on race relations as before they get hired in these stores!!Not everyone one has the desire or inclination to dress or act a certain way .. 🥲Cookie cutter behavior will not be tolerated anymore moving forward 🤛Shakila Razack
Slow service. All I needed was to pick up a phone and I waited over 20 minutes while 3 employees helped 1 customer. Ridiculous!
$5500 macbook comes with the smc overclock glitch out the box. burns itself up within 5 hours of receipt. the 24/7 expert technical support is 1) no expert and 2) isnt 24/7, so dont fall for that gimic. after 2.5 hours on we finally agreed to a refund. these people say they can help, put you on hold, then drop the call. sales or tech support cant decide who is going to actually help so i keep getting booted back and forth. do yourself a favor and save the 5k+ and get anything else. what a scam
This place is a joke. Makes you stand outside Until you freeze to death. My AirPods have few more months warranty and still they declined to replace it😡😡😡
The guys were very nice and helpfulI like this location
Come on in! Dont find what you are looking for!
Great service and prices
Horrible service called 3 times keep telling me will will call u back and they don’t
Custmor service is unbelievable rude, unprofessional they need to get stuff together asap ... Will never back there again
Most disrespectful experience ever ..1- security outside are rude and think himself he own the place.2- they told me I can’t wear my mask Bcz of my beard and Bcz made of fabric .. meanwhile some workers and employees have fabric face mask .
Could be faster, other than that they’re good.
I have been in contact with Apple for months to get my phone fixed. My phone is having software issues. I made an appointment for Genius Bar due to Covid. I arrived for my appointment and was told to stand in an alley way and wait to be called. It’s 45° and raining. I made an appointment as a reserved time and it wasn’t upheld. I have always bought my devices and brought them here. I understand Covid is an issue but get a system. Making people wait in the freezing rain after their appointment time is awful. I have to take my device elsewhere not get it fixed.
Very bad experience. Came to buy a $1000 phone but was treated like I was asking for $1. Welcome people outside the store are not good for customer care. Need an appointment to spend tour $$$, be aware.
I had a terrible experience at the store this week. After explaining my issue over the phone I was advised to book a Genius Bar appt. I drove in a blizzard over an hour and the tech took less than 5 mins with my device. She literally plugged it in and said oh it’s not working. Yup. Duh. I’d also tried that. Then today the manager called me at 9:30am to discuss my disappointment with the service. She left a message and told me to call back. But when I tried the automated system said the store didn’t open until 10am. So I called back. The system claims the store is still closed. Why call me when it’s impossible for me to return the call? Why ask me to drive in when you intend not to offer any help? I’ve never found a store that has zero interest in my business. I want to give them thousands of dollars for a new device and they waste my time and treat me like trash.
This is a great store with great products. I came here while walking around Crocker Park, and I was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the store, and was greeted by a myriad of electronics. I walked around and saw the large amounts of iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, macs, Apple Watches, and other products within the store’s possessions. All of the products were on smooth, wooden tables, which I thought were very nice. The staff were friendly, which I also liked. After walking around the store, I left and continued on with my day. I gave this store five stars because it has good products, nice staff, it’s clean, and it has very nice tables.
I drove an hour to the store to check out an Apple Watch I was going to buy for Christmas. I had the watch in my Apple cart online but I didn’t schedule an appointment because I had questions I needed to ask before completing the purchase. The security guards outside the store were incredibly rude and unprofessional and said without an appointment I couldn’t ask any questions. I said I would buy the watch from my phone and go in to pick it up and they said that I needed to leave and go somewhere else to do it. They wouldn’t even let me stand outside the store and order their own product. Makes me question whether I want to continue spending my money here.
The first trip was very pleasant, but the second trip to pick up my phone was not. I got my repaired iPhone back without a screen protector I originally paid for when I bought the phone and was told “we don’t do screen protectors here” even though I had one when I turned the phone in for repair. The little blonde lady was also rude by the way she told me I had to leave to set up my phone after leaving. I’ll choose my Apple location more carefully next time, But thanks for the repair Apple !
Had a bad experience with them this week. I am a doctor and I use my MacBook all the time and I don’t have time to waste either. I brought them my MacBook which I purchased few months ago as it had multiple issues since the first month I started using it. They didn’t fix anything! I am still awaiting for a new adapter they ordered for my MacBook despite the fact my MacBook isn’t charging with any other adapter hence the issue is something in the battery or the charging hub! They refused to check on the charging adapter the first time i dropped the the MacBook despite insisting on them to take the adapter and the MacBook. I had to drop them another visit to check on the adapter ! I couldn’t work on my MacBook for one week so far. The MacBook is under warranty and should be replaced by a new one but they are just not taking care of that!
Is it possible to rent an iPhone here?
I was going to buy a HomePod when they did not let me in all stores allow people now but they just don’t also very hard to try to contact them to make an appointment very disappointed
Horrible customer service. arrived 15 min before it closed, did not let us in because it’s “appointment only” but there was no one in there and we knew exactly what we were looking for. guy in the front was not welcoming and does not know how to talk to people professionally.
Mike we love apple store because of you, thank you for the beast customer service and hospitality industry all team work very hard to do the beast for us I think Crocker park apple store is number one store in Ohio
Super nice
Simone from Australia gave excellent intelligent amazing calm help and my Mac is up and running. Thank you forever ❤️❤️❤️
I’ve been here a few times for help with VoiceOver. The trainers are very knowledgeable, but I always try to schedule training with Michael Griffith. He’s very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know the answer, he’s not afraid to look it up. I’m taking off a star because the trainer I had last time tried to get me to sign up for their financing plan and buy a new phone That day. I politely declined since I buy my phones from Verizon, but I was a bit turned off by this.
If your an apple lover, this is the place for all your apple needs. Phones, laptops, tablets, desktop. You name it. Very knowledgeable staff.
This store feels like you’re entering into an art gallery, products are displayed beautifully and the entire feel of the store is very upbeat and trendy. Staff is usually pretty food and there’s never a lack of them, the least I’ve ever seen in there has probably been 15 lol. The checkout process is also very quick and simple as there are no registers and you get rung out on the employees handheld devices which makes it a breeze.
Employees are outstanding. The quality of products is (almost obviously) great and the value is good even with the expensive nature of Apple. The Apple Care program was recommended with the purchase of our MacBook, which was a good investment. Always fun to stop in even when not planning on spending money.
DO NOT KNOW
Intimidating store (at least to me) but everyone there was friendly and helpful. It was busy as hell but they were well staffed and extremely courteous. I will buy fruit products from them again.
Stopped in for a genius bar visit. Ace was efficient and helpful. Phone had to be sent out for repairs and he got us set up with a loaner phone in the meantime.
Do you like bad customer service and being deflected to multiple representatives while still not getting an answer? Do you like having being told inaccurate information and wasting your time? This is the place for you. For such a basic task as swapping a watch band for a bigger size they made it awfully complicated.I arrive Friday afternoon trying to swap my watch band for a bigger size. I talk to a representative and she mentions its appointment only. Thats my fault for not knowing. I then explain that Im trying to swap out my band. She again mentions appointment only without processing what I am there for. Whatever I can waste a couple hours around the area. I go back for my appoint to talk to another representative. He doesnt know how to handle this situation so then he talks to another rep. They discuss and say that I can only do the return with the serial number from the apple watch I bought with the band. Okay Im slightly frustrated the first customer representative could have told me this when I explained what I was doing but I cant be that mad if they cant do their job without the serial number. But it turns out I didnt even need to bring in the watch.I go back the next early morning to try to take care of this. I bring the watch and then go talk to a representative to make my appointment. He then just points me to a line saying wait there. Then another representative asks what I am there for and she tells me to talk to that same guy to make an appointment. Isnt it fun to go in circles talking to the same person again? Once I get to my appointment I talk to another representative. He doesnt fully understand how to process to exchange so he talks to either his manager or another representative for help. This takes some time. I simply ask how long to expect for the delivery, he then goes over to talk to another representative for help. Once I finally get the exchange done I realize he didnt even ask for the watch that I brought this time. I then ask for clarification and he mentions that I didnt even need to bring it.I had to go through at least 5 different representatives to handle a watch band exchange. If any one of the earlier representatives had any thought or time to accurately handle my situation, I could of been in and out of the place in 10 minutes. Instead everyones time was wasted because of the lack of knowledge or experience. I felt like an automated robotic call system could of handled my request better and would of been more empathetic. Im just frustrated it appeared the representatives did not know how to do their job and also how little effort they gave.2 stars because at least they were very apologetic.
Did a good job, almost fixed all issues.
Great staff that is very helpful and friendly! They seem to enjoy their job and it makes the store more inviting and relaxed. Definitely will go here for my next Apple need.
Staffs were friendly, sort of knowledgeable but seems to be lost & didnt know what to do with customers. Waiting an hour for a Geek and 2 hours until the issue addressed & taken care! Gotta get theirs together for better services & maintaining their businesses!
Wish I could give negative star rating! This store has negative customer service. I purchased an iphone pro on July 18th and tried to return it days later only to find the store closed due to COVID, so no luck returning. I called the online Apple store to return the phone but was told in store orders need to be returned to the store and Apple will allow 14 days from the store opening for a return. Well, I called and checked for many weeks. It happens that over 5 weeks later the store opens, and I try to return my phone and was told it is over 14 days passed the store reopening. Well I said the store was closed for 5 weeks or more and I stopped checking especially with my focus on school starting with two young children, being a widow/single mom in the past year, and a serious job -- and especially given no consideration for closing for 5 weeks when my return would have been processed in less then four days of purchase if they remained open! The Apple Store employee and manager still refused to honor my return. I called the online Apple Store and they give the same response, we cant return in store purchase. So online they extended to 45 days but store sales are only 14 days from re-opening. It is a total scam -- they close the store whenever they feel with the excuse of COVID and provide no customer support to purchases made in store. Better customer service would have been the Apple store calling or emailing all individuals who made a purchase within 14 days of the temporary store closing -- and let them know that the store had reopened for returns - OR even better allow online Apple to handle store returns during the store closures.Apple customer service stinks -- tired of hearing we apologize from blank faces and voices that can care less about you as a customer and meeting your needs. Its all about Apple - lets close for 5 weeks and dupe people into not getting their deserved refunds because we can make more $s by willy nilly closing and opening our stores!People buy online - at least they are able to assist on returns and extend return policy to 45 days (vs. in store of 14 or 15 days). Or, preferably, buy Android phones because Apple customer service is regrettably very poor.
The manager Caleb is great. Employees are ok. (Updated review from 1 star to 3 stars)
I had an experience with Dee. Very knowledgeable with my issue and took very little time with great results.
Apple Crocker Park is substandard to other Apple stores in Ohio. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. However, some are incompetent and lack the proper knowledge to resolve issues. I would recommend shopping online and arranging a mail-in repair, as it is easier than visiting the store. The store is very clean and organized. However, the flow of traffic could be improved. The store is hard to navigate when busy. People are browsing, buying products, checking into appointments, and at the Genius Bar—all at the same time. Due to the areas of the store being connected, it becomes chaotic.
No walk in. Scheduled appointment, about a week wait. Screened and let in on time. Problem solved quickly then on my way.
Worse experience I have ever had! They would not replace my phone under warranty and then told me it was my fault one charging pin was 1 millimeter off. Make a product that last more than 8 months. Apple customer service on the phone was able to send me a new phone no problem. They were way more helpful then the store
Went in and they handled everything very professionally. The staff constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay while I was waiting to have my Mac fixed. Tabitha was very friendly and easy to work with!
Thank for the great customer service. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and sent over to a table to wait about 10 minutes. I then had Zack help me with my iPhone 7. It was displaying No Service he explained to me what was happening and then confirmed I had a warranty and swapped my phone out. He also showed me that he was destroying my old phone. I was in and out in less then an hour it was great! The vibe in this store is very upbeat and positive which I greatly appreciate.
Ive not had a problem with the service people, only the greeters, with each visit Ive always wanted to deck them due to their coy attitude. Anyone else feel like their entering a head shop with all those tats and piercings and sloppy clothes? A product for professionals and I wouldnt allow most of them in my home. I didnt see this at Eaton. We have five Iphones, four Mac Pros and four watches so we go there a lot and its always looked trashy.
The service is pretty good. I had a warrantee on my phone they were giving me a very hard time to give me a new phone but I spent $300 for theft and cover it all the way through and they did not want to give me another phone they wanted me to a race everything. Which I did and I had to go back there to three times in order for him to give me a phone. This will be the last time of business with Apple once my phone goes out I’m going to android
The team at Apple helped solve what every IT professional in my circle said would not be possible. My sons phone was stolen but luckily recovered... but was locked out and no amount of customer service / online help could unlock the phone. I set up a same-day appointment and was met with a very friendly team that went above and beyond to help turn my sons phone back on and functioning. Thank you for making a very stressful situation a positive one.
Oh! The nerve of these people! My fiance went in to have a laptop battery replaced (a system warning told us to do so) and was quoted in writing $129.00 Flat Rate in 3-5 days.Well....Then we walk back in to pick it up. To their credit, it was done on time, Ill give them that. But when it came to pay for it, we were told $250 after taxes and a $100 labor fee. They deliberately hid that from us till the work was done. The manager reduced the fee to $1 rather than waiving it. Some may think that means that it was made right, but it isnt. The money is not what upsets me, the general principle isnt even what upsets me. Its the fact that the two people we dealt with (employee and manager) tried to make themselves look like heroes when they initially tried to fool us. Sadly, nobody that we spoke to was shocked by this story. They make a profit by scamming and strong arming people.
I was taken care of very quickly. My Apple rep Amanda was very knowledgeable and super efficient. She was taking care of 2 customers at a time, talk about multi-tasking. It also helps when workers are nice and have a great personality. I would have no hesitation in going back if/when needed.
Staff is very knowledgeable about the product lines, and helpful in making a selection of items to fit your needs. Purchasing is a breeze, thanks to efficient method of payment and delivery. No lines, no registers.
Treated with respect because I gave respect at certain locations. Auntie Annes was horrible.
Staff is rude.
I got screwed by the Apple Rep that sold me the Apple Care Plus product. Be very leery of how Apple sells the Apple Care Product. Bought a MacBook Pro last year for my son to use while in college. The Apple Rep explained why it is important to purchase Apple Care Plus. He gave an example of how his son while in college spilled beer on his Apple laptop. Because he had Apple Care Plus, Apple repaired the computer for $99.00. We purchased the product with Apple Care Plus. My son spilled a sports drink on his laptop and it needed repaired. To our surprise, it cost $299.00 to repair due to the liquid. I explained to the Apple manager how the product was sold to us and she could careless. She kept stating she was resetting our expectation. While it is correct the policy states in writing if damaged by liquid it cost $299.00 to repair. Unfortunately, that is not how it was represented. You will get better treatment at used car dealership then the Apple Store at Crocker Park.
I was in there today and needed a new screen. However they said that I may need a new phone due to the damage and I was shocked. But Matt and Victoria took great care of the issue and were able to replace the screen and save me a good amount of money!A sincere and big thank you to Matt and Victoria for their friendliness, attention, and customer service!
People were tremendous, very helpful. Got in and out with new watch very quickly. Great place !
This is one of WORST Apple stores in the state of Ohio or perhaps in the country. I wish if I could give it a negative star rather than one star as it does not even deserve a zero star. For an Apple store to be in such a wonderful shopping strip at Crocker Park, it should employ at a minimum a decent customer service staff. If the store manager is way below par with bad attitude and poor care of customers, what would you expect from the regular employees? Under my customer service standards, that manager doesn’t even qualify to work as a greeter at the door of any of those big box retailer stores (with all due respect to those hardworking people at those big box retailer stores). Half of the store’s employees are chit chatting and laughing with customer whom they know without paying a real attention to other customers who are indeed in need for help. Prices have skyrocketed for the same product with minor enhancements year over year. The store seems disconnected and unaware of the Apple promotions as they wouldn’t honor them perhaps because of their unprofessional manager. I think they are super busy at all times because they neither take care of customers in a timely manner, nor they respect the customer time and effort coming to their store. Their untrained technicians spin wheels trying to diagnose the problems and at the end, all you get is a hit or miss type of repair. What a waste of a store!I absolutely don’t recommend shopping or coming for repair at this store.
Great service
Drove for 35 minutes and i was late 2 minutes. they told me to come back the next day. This place is a joke 😡😡
03/01/20 Today my family and I had the worst experience EVER at Apple Crocker Park. When we entered the store, we were not greeted. After approaching two associates CHATTING IT UP, we asked if we could get assistance with a purchase. Thereafter, it went down hill. We were spoken to by the store manager (who REALLY needs to give notice yesterday) in the most condescending, disrespectful and discriminatory manner. She closed the conversation with disrespecting a subordinate, and pulling her WHITE Privileged Card!!! As a PhD student currently studying this exact treatment, I am looking forward to writing corporate office on this Horrible and unforgettable experience. I am looking forward to BLASTING on Social Media of the treatment as well. Truly Appalled!! Went to Apple Anton near Legacy Village and received class A+ treatment like always from Alexzander, who immediately needs to replace the manager at Apple Crocker Park. As a visitor from the Sunshine State of Florida, No that INJUSTICE is LIVE and WELL!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Called in and only Appt avail was 4:15pm the following day. I show up 1hr early prior to my Appt and the employee said they won’t help me till 4:15. Meanwhile they take walk-ins or anyone else but me. Kids and wife had to wait outside over 1hr. What a disappointment.
I took a class on keynote. The instructor was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the subject matter. I also needed assistance from a tech and she was very helpful as well. Overall, great customer service experience.
Love Apple...but...went in last night to buy a Apple watch. walked around and passed by at least a dozen employees not taking care of anyone. Not once did someone ask me if I needed help. Could have sold a watch and Apple TV 4k! Just FYI....
