Lies with a smile. Was promised a 52 TV with contract and after the 4th visit to this store (3 more lies) one guy finally had the guts to say it didnt apply to the terms I signed up for. They all knew & kept putting me off. You should be ashamed of yourselves & look for honest, meaningful work. Im embarrassed I wrote a good review (sent to my phone) but that was before I knew they were lying.
Horrible experience! This is not a corporate store and I wish I would have realized that beforehand. They sold me a promotion that doesn’t even exist. They just care about making a sale. I wish I could give zero stars.

Sidney is the Best!!! She helped me come to the light and switch from Android to Apple! She was so good that my wife is now rocking the iPhone too! The only bad part? Im a used car manger and she sold me without selling me. Great Job Sidney

Sales people in this location told us all the promotions we would get if we switched from Verizon to T-mobile. Come to find out it was all a bunch of lies. They told us we could get out of the red, get a discount match and get the free IPhone XR when we made the move. So now that’s it’s been 2 weeks and we were still waiting for the reimbursement to pay off our phones to Verizon we called customer care. We wasted hours on the phone with them and got nowhere. They finally said they would contact the store and the manager would get back to me within 24 hours. I even called the store and talked to Justin who told me he was too busy to talk to me because he had customers and he would call me back within 24 hours. His 24 hours ended 2 1/2 hours ago. It’s absolutely pathetic. I ended up reaching out via Facebook to t mobile corporate and found out everything the store told me was lies. You can’t stack any of the 3 promotions they told us we would get. The Facebook lady was the only person offering a resolution and it’s not exactly what we wanted but at least eventually we should get our money to pay off our phones with Verizon, we just had to get rid of our discount match. This store needs a major revamp, I’m wondering if Justin the manager is ever going to call me back, my guess would be no. Sadly I saw 2 employees at this store basically crawling on the floor so that they weren’t caught by the camera going outside and coming back in when they were not supposed to be. I don’t get how these employees can legally tell you everything you want to hear and you find out it’s all lies. I never would have left Verizon had these people actually told me the truth because we had a better deal with Verizon, just had to pay for the phones. Maybe one day Justin will call me back.... I doubt it but we’ll see!
Not only is TCC Wireless an opportunist, clown shoe circus company, but theyre also constantly degrading the sales people into working longer hours due to turnover rate, in the hopes that therell be promises of advancement if you go above and beyond. This company is trash, seek a corporate T-Mobile unless you have the patience to deal with sales people who are pressured beyond belief to meet daily goals. Every DM who has come out of this place has been a jerk, a blowhard, a con man, or a combination of the three. I truly wish a simple review could do more to reform this company; although, T-Mobile itself needs to step in and crack down on the garbage leadership this third party retailer has.
Awful customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. I guarantee all the 5 star reviews are the people that work there. Their manager does not know what hes doing, and their staff doesnt care about you unless you are buying stuff because they get commission off it.my phone broke, so I called tmobile customer service and had a new one sent out to the store. I had my data sent to my new phone and erased everything from my original phone. AFTER I DO ALL OF THIS, the manager says its been canceled, and I cant take the new phone...? So then I have to PUT ALL THE DATA FROM THE NEW PHONE BACK TO MY OLD PHONE AND DELETE THE DATA FROM THE NEW PHONE!When I originally called their customer service line they said to pick it up on the 28th. Apparantly thats also the day it expires so I couldnt pick it up. Had to stay and file yet another warranty claim. I ended up being there for over 2 hours for something that shouldve taken 10 minutes. I have to go back again when the next one gets here, pray for me Ill need it.

Dont go in without doing your research - the sales rep quoted me a monthly bill $40 higher than what I saw online, and only after half an hour of badgering admitted that those represented $40 of unnecessary add-ons. Dont be tricked by the free tablet either - theyll charge you for it per month. Our sales rep openly lied to us and told us that the extra $10 on our bill was federal taxes. I get that sales reps get paid on commission, but using that kind of unabashed dishonesty to make a sale felt pretty gross.

Terrible all the way around. A) Its not a corporate store so they tell you to call the 800 number. Now get this the 800 number is not going to help you because they are not a corporate store. Next the billing and the way they do it is a nightmare. Suppose to have got 2 free phones and two at 50 percent off. So far they show on the bill 2000 owed for Iphones. So not only do they have my old phones they also arent showing the true amounts I have spent all in total multiple hours dealing with these people. They also they being Josh when going over everything very clearly for Black Friday sale you got 200.00 per line to switch. Well never got that money then they said we took another promo which was the iphones. Not ture it was all part of the deal that was represented by josh. Do Dan threw his hands up so I filed suit against them for my 800.00 I guess they thought I was bluffing. This place is terrible so is the service. Should of stayed with Verizon. Will be changing here shortly.
My cellphone package got shipped to the store where they received it and the tracking no. of the package shows they already got it and signed it but one of the employees said ( we didnt get the package and it was the UPSs mistake.) which confused me. I called UPS and they told me call T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile and I gave them the info of the store and they called them, then the customer service told me that your package is available in store and you can pick up your phone now.Just because of one of the employees there, I wont be able to trust that store or buy anything from them.

NOT CORPORATE !!!THIS PLACE SUCKS...this place is no better than some arab store in the ghetto of Cleveland...and is not a t-mobile corporate store...They have different policies from a regular t-mobile store.I had a defective device and when i bought it they insisted i pay cash..when i went to return it they said they didnt have enough money in the register and i would have to come back the next day, what a joke...and even they my device was defective they charged me $150.00 restocking fee...what a rip off....YOUVE BEEN WARNED DONT GO HERE....
