Very bad service. The employees at this place dont know their head from toe. Very unprofessional. The secretary, Margie, was super rude. The doctor didnt take me in although I came on time. She said she had to take someone else that was half an hour late. Finally, I transfered my case a while before my appointment date. Upon arrival, they told me that they dont have my file.

Receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t even let me make an appointment since I lived out of cuyahoga county. She acted like my money was not good enough for them since I have to pay out of pocket for a hearing aid!

The very best. Knowledgeable, helpful, sensitive, they went out of their way to help.

Secretary is very rude and doctor tery is very disrespectful had a situation and she didn’t call me back wanted me to apologize for no reson to secretary and dint want to see my son any more without any reason don’t recommend this office to nobody...
