Ive recommended a few people to HearingLife and everyone has been pleased with the care and attention theyve received. Ive especially been impressed with their COVID precautions over the last few months.

Very friendly staff from beginning to end with scheduling, accommodating my schedule and appointment reminder and location info. Further, the day of appointment the office was clean and sanitized and all safety measures followed. The audiologist was extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend.

I brought my father in for hearing aids after he had a stroke last summer and they are wonderful! I went to a different place myself for my hearing aids and was very unsatisfied with their service. I will now be switching over to Hearing Life and recommend them to everyone! They really take the time to go over all options, information and instructions on use. Richelle even offered a free inhouse trial of new AI hearing aids that just came out! They offer to anyone a free hearing test as well. You dont want to go anywhere else!!!

I went with my father-in-law in for a hearing aid repair and had the best experience at the doctors office ever. We were not allowed to come in because of Covid. When we pulled up to the office they were very fast efficient and went over and beyond to make sure my father-in-law‘s hearing aids were taken care of. During our visit in the parking lot Richelle even asked how my hearing was and offered me a free hearing test which I excepted. I am required to have my hearing checked every other year due to my job and I am definitely going to be using this office for all of my check ups in the future. Even during these difficult times dealing with Covid and the cold weather parking lot office visit we were greeted with a smile and compassion.

I moved to Westlake about a year ago and needed a new audiologist. Allison and Richelle have taken great care of me and are so friendly! They are always there to help me. Allison helped me with the process of buying new hearing aids and checking on me during the pandemic. The drive up service is great as well! I have been working with Hearing Life in Westlake for 6 months and am very happy. They have made my adjustment to hearing aids so easy. Appointsmets during Covid were safe, and they exhibited tremendous caution. Dr. OGrady was helpful in matching me with the devices that fit my life style and clearly explained how to adjust to them. Richelle is quick to answer any questions and provide me with the supplies I need.

Had a short appointment to tweak my aids and clean the aids. I felt very safe and the appointment was done in 20 minutes. Allison Ogrady does a great job.

HearingLife Westlake,OH is wonderful. Dr. O’Grady is very personable and thorough. She explains the policies and procedures in detail and goes over insurance applications as well as available device options. I would definitely recommend her and that facility. I have been going there for three years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my hearing needs.
