Great services at the store. The clerks are superb helpful and friendly. The quality of paint is great but I do think the price is overpriced. I wish they are a bit cheaper.

I have been a customer for over 40 years and I keep going back due to the helpful, dedicated, and cheerful staff.Good quality paint is expensive, but if you sign up for Paint Perks to get good discounts and good service. You wont have to wait for sales since you will get a nice discount every day.I love their Eminence white ceiling paint. It makes the other brand paints look gray.

Expensive and poor quality. I have had to paint the same thing every year and every year they give a different excuse. Then they tell a different product to use and that the one that I used last year was wrong.

Very professional staff, as always! Wanette pulled color strips by name or number of the paint. Not pushy at all, but did make sure I knew when the current sale ended. I appreciate that.

Be careful about what you buy. Sherwin Williams has superior paint. This particular store sold me a handheld sprayer with the assurance of a satisfaction guarantee. When the sprayer stopped working within a year (a product flaw), they directed me to their store in Strongsville where they charged me almost $100 to repair it. It only worked for one project, then stopped working again. One of our local stores apologized profusely, offered me incentives to keep coming to Sherwin Williams, and restored my faith in the company. However, I called this location for nearly three months, speaking with multiple people, without a semblance of such customer care. Stay away.

Very odd experience. Was looking to paint an external metal door, and an indoor wall. The salesman was frustrating to work with, and seemed bothered to answer questions like what type of paint should we use.
