There is only one person that works there that seems to care about their job and I have only been fortunate enough to see her once. Im in there about once a week and anytime I asked a question the girls seem annoyed or have no idea what they are talking about. Learn about your product or at least be nice when your customers are asking questions, even if youre are unsure of the answer.

I am notorious for coloring my hair. I have shopped at this location for years. The staff has definitely gone down hill. No one ask if you need help, no knowledge of products and staff looks annoyed/bothered if you have a question. Seems like they couldnt care less about their job. Sad because they use to have great staff. Ill be driving the extra miles to go to the Canton location instead.

Management and staff are always attentive and very helpful when finding products or needing recommendations. The store is very clean and well kept would highly recommend this location the friendly staff keeps me coming back. ♥️

Employees would rather stand around and chat instead of making sure their inventory is out and available for their customers. Went in for large wax sticks and they had them but would not sell..

I havent been writing reviews 😕 lately, but this store has been the worst store this seson. I would rather drive the extra miles for better group of staff. Whats a shame is the staff is different every time but the same terrible service. I dyed my hair platinum this year and always looking for products, my experience here vs. Other locations is a disaster. I wont be visiting this store again. ( not helpful, poor knowledge base, flat affect, tired acting, no ideas 😴, trashy attitude 🙄).

Stopped in on a whim for some pre holiday mani/pedi goodies.The ladies that worked there were super helpful,friendly+professional.+answered an arsenal of questions about haircolor.Highly recommended!

Staff wasnt helpful didnt look like they cared to be there. Kinda annoyed that I was asked if I want to purchase a palstic or reusable bag. I understand gettting the resusable, BUT A PLASTIC BAG?!?! WHEN I JUST SPENT MONEY IN THIS STORE ! I get companies and or people are having difficulties during this time, BUT YOURE TELLING ME IF I DONT BUY A PLASTIC BAG, I HAVE TO CARRY ALL OF MY PURCHASED ITEMS IN MY HANDS OUT THE DOOR, WHICH I DID, NOW IT LOOKS LIKE I STOLE PRODUCTS! CAN YOU SAY DESPERATE AF RIGHT?!?! Would of been better off asking for a donation. Ill find another location.

Sherry was a pleasure to work with. I dyed my own hair at home for the first time and I really needed some direction. She was so knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed without immediately recommending the most expensive accessory products. Great staff, clean store, great selection.

Sallys is a great beauty store (although they kind of have a monopoly on the market). They have great products that work better than retail stores. Theyre prices vary depending on the quality of the items, however, they seem to be reasonable comparatively. This particular store is clean and well organized, but I gave four stars though because of the customer service at this one.

Meet up with Sarge Mike for a cut. The place is a very professional layout. Clients can expect their conversation to be private as each station is sectioned off. Im impressed.

Sady was very knowledgeable of the products and very very helpful. I will definitely be back because she took a lot of time helping me find a solution to my damaged hair she was very knowledgeable and very very kind.

My husband and I went in to the store with no idea what we were doing .my stylist said to get a straightener for my hair the very nice girl behind the counter came out showed me the best one and helped my husband pick out a razor .thank you very much

I found this location to have about everything I could possibly want the help there were very kind and courteous and instead of just pointing to where something was actually took the time to take you there and show you they did not hover around like you were going to steal something theyre just let you browser your own leisure definitely recommend

The girl working today was so friendly and helpful this is my favorite Sally beauty to go to!

This store is not just for professionals, the regular person can come in anytime and get good quality products for their hair skin and Nails I love this place.

Their was a young lady that helped me select some hair products..was very very nice and helpful!

Few products, high prices. Most products were for Caucasian hair textures. The store was very small for a beauty supply store. Just 3 short aisles.

Two woman that work/worked (it was a few months ago) there were very rude, called me stupid and followed me and my mother around the store as if they were waiting for us to steal something. They didnt have what i wanted so i asksd if they could call the nearest store, she called and they had what i wanted so they were gonna hold it for me. I said okay and when i walked away me & my mom heard the heavy set woman tell the person on the phone i think they are stealing look out for a fat woman and a girl with green hair no joke. Horrible store, not helpful, and staff is just nasty. Dont go here, go to the sallys in canton instead!!

This location always has what Im looking for, but asking for help is out of the question for sure. Staff members are typically not very friendly.
