Kyle the store manager was a wealth of knowledge, honest and incredibly patient with me. Technology has changed so much in the past 6 years and it was quite overwhelming with all the options, so it took me quite a while to find exactly what I liked. We did a quiz after he showed me a few beds and was spot on with his recommendations vs the quiz results. I walked in with a notion of what I wanted and ended up going in a completely new direction but I’m so grateful for that! It’s quite the investment these days and he was able to help me find the best deal on my favorite bed and I couldn’t be more grateful! Side note: It’s really nice that the store has the adjustable frames on all the beds so you can really have the same experience for each bed when deciding. I never thought I’d pay extra for an adjustable frame but once I experienced it there was no going back! I was very impressed with the overall professionalism and experience I had there and never felt “rushed” to make a decision which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this particular store!

Went in and Sterling was amazing. Not too pushy and within about 30-45min we walked out with a mattress which will be delivered cross country to our new place. Sterling even said he’s watch the availability to see if we could get it sooner than the original date. Perfect service!!

The store manager was amazing ! He help my 81 year old dad out with exchanging his mattress I purchased a month ago. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Customer service was excellent! My salesman was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Tossing mattress after mattress down for me to try is no easy task! Delivery was conveniently available the next day which was perfect for us since my husband and I have both been suffering from back issues due to our old mattress. We were also able to help support Foster Care kids locally and that made us happy!

This place resulted in one of the worst and most frustrating delivery experiences of my lifeMattress firm delayed our order 5 times in less than 2 weeks even though we ordered it almost a month in advance. No explanation as to why until 3 weeks after expected delivery. Mattress firm corporate wont even talk to you if you buy it in the store and just direct you to the sales people at the location, which in my experience had no clue about anything or were too lazy to find out.Apparently they packaged the more expensive mattress in the King Tempurpedic ProAdapt Medium boxes so had to redo everything, delaying delivery. This took them 3 weeks to figure out.

This second time of mattress shopping I had a much better idea of what I was wanting and not wanting. The sales ladies let me take all the time in the day to make my selection. I was at their store an easy 6 hours making my decision. I feel it was the right mattress.

Great experience here. Need to full-size bed for a preteen. I had a reasonable budget and the sales rep was able to give me a few options within the budget I had. I was able to pick up the mattress box springs and frame the same day and get the bed set up before night.

My fiance and I purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress during the Memorial Day sale on May 22, 2021. We purchased the mattress very early to ensure delivery by the time we moved into our new home on June 19, 2021. We got a call on June 18, 2021 stating the mattress would be delayed until June 21, 2021. On June 21, 2021 no one called us and instead we found out via the tracking that the delivery had been delayed until June 26, 2021. Again, on June 26, 2021 no one called us and we again found out via the tracking that the delivery had been delayed until July 4, 2021. Finally on July 2, 2021 we got another notification that delivery was delayed again until July 9, 2021. We made several calls to the store to no avail regarding why there was such a long delay. We even called Tempur Pedic corporate who informed us that they are not having delays with mattresses in the Mountain West. We finally cancelled our order today. You would think after spending over $5,000.00 we would receive prompt delivery and customer service. Will never shop here again. We ended up ordering directly from Tempur Pedic. We had to pay $600 more then we did at Mattress Firm and did not get the benefit of the Memorial Day sale but our new mattress is to be delivered this week. Unbelievable treatment from Mattress Firm!

My wife and I went to mattress firm in Thorton in the plaza near 120th and Washington Street. While the salesman there was friendly, he didn’t seem interested in working with us or negotiating whatsoever. So we left and ultimately went to a different mattress firm about 10 minutes away the salesman there was much more helpful, worked with us on price, and we ended up buying a bed from him that day.

Zach was our sales associate and we had a great experience purchasing a mattress from him. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions...and trust me...I had a lot of questions. Buying a mattress is a big deal. They arent cheap and you spend a third of your life sleeping on them. So for our family, this was a big purchase that only happens once every decade or so. That said, Zach did a great job informing of us our options, giving us space, and not pressuring us into anything that we werent looking for. When you look to buy a product you face the delicate dance of being provided with helpful information, but not facing a pushy sales staff. We went into Mattress Firm with only a slight idea of what we were looking for. Zach was able to educate us about the products that they had and help us to find the right mattress. We couldnt pass up the sale price and added adjustable base promotion. Zach provided excellent customer service and wasnt at all pushy, so we felt comfortable with our purchase. Weve had the mattress and base about a month and are already sleeping better.
