We went into the store searching for a reasonable basic mattress for a spare bedroom. Both gentleman that helped us, were educated on their products and informed us well. They helped us find an excellent choice for our needs! They also went above and beyond to help me find a pillow, which may sound insignificant to some, but for someone who has head head surgery and chronic pain issues, it’s a huge deal!! They took their time and made the their customer feel important! Definitely recommend!

Prices seem comparable t other stores and return policy is better than other stores. Havent boght a new mattress in years, this was a good experience that would bring me back to the store again.

I was very impressed with the approach at this store.. Even with Covid, I felt welcome to try mattresses (safely of course). I did not feel like I was being “upsold” with mattress jargon. We worked with a lady named Lisa who is extremely generous with offers upfront. It surprised me, given my recent experience at other stores. She explained to me that because they price match, even after the sale it doesn’t behoove them to do anything different than to offer the best mattress deals up front. But I will say, do go into the store. The mattress I bought online through the chat, was not all it was cracked up to be once I saw it. The in store experience was by far the best we’ve had here in Westminster (and this is our 5th purchase). It was late in the day, she was still pleasant and even though her dinner arrived while we were there she continued to pleasantly answer a barrage of questions. She even had toys and snacks for the kids and didn’t mind giving him a remote to a bed which kept him happily quiet while we finished business. Furthermore she thoroughly explain the return process, (and yes there are fees just like anyone else) but I also explained that a return is different than an exchange and with an exchange they are happy to work with us on any fees, as they want happy customers who will return. We haven’t received delivery yet, and I’ll come back if anything changes to update this, but I am confident that I will love it.

They took the time to listen to our needs and assist selecting the right mattress. When the king mattress we ordered was delivered, it only measured 73.5 inches wide when it was supposed to be 76 inches; however, the bed felt great. We worked with Mattress Firm and were able to exchange the short mattress for a mattress that was correct size, but that mattress did not feel nearly as good as the first one. Lisa at the Westminster store went above and beyond to have the delivery company hold onto my first mattress, and is scheduled to be delivered at a convenient time. I will just live with the width being off by 2.5 inches.

My husband and I went in to the Westminster Mattress Firm with very specific needs in mind due to back and neck problems that we both have. Lisa, the store manager, listened to our concerns and price range and got us started right away trying out mattresses and pillows. Having previously bought another high-end mattress online, only to find out it didnt provide the support we needed, we took our time comparing the mattresses they had. Lisa was very friendly and patient with us as we did so, and we ended up finding a mattress we liked and a pillow that worked better to relieve neck pain than any other memory foam or orthopedic pillow Ive tried. (I bought the Purecare Softcell Hybrid Pillow.) If you are looking to invest in a mattress (and pillow) you want to keep for years, skip the hassle of online purchasing and returns and go in-person to try before you buy.

Very patient sales staff. No hard sells. They do support the community. Very expensive and not a lot of selection. My only complete turn off was the sales lady took her mask off while she was ringing me up. I was maybe three feet from her. So that’s kind of uncool. Otherwise not a bad mattress store.
