My inter-action with this business was excellent! They held a storage unit for me until the day before I needed it, they bent over backwards to apply any and all discounts applicable and all the while, were kind and professional. I would highly recommend this business!

Place is awesome!!!! All outside units, easy access. Super friendly service and they really care here. Not to mention its literally right next door to a sheriffs dept. Which means they have literally no break-ins. One of my favorite storage units ive been to!!! Super reasonable pricing as well

We rented a spot for our boat. The on-site management team is very friendly & professional. It looks like they take the security seriously which was very important to us as we had been vandalized before. We liked that they gave us a few locations to choose from so that we could select which spot works best for us.

Excellent AAA discount, every unit is a drive up to the door no stairs or elevator to hassle with makes it much easier to unload. Staff extra nice and very helpful.

Very reasonable prices, really like that they offer a truck rental with move in, and that they offer insurance for the unit rather than having to provide my own (although they allow you to use your own if you prefer). Their gate hours are a little better than some of the other places I checked out. Anne & Guy were really awesome, great customer service!

Mini-U Storage is defintely the best storage facility in the area. Their location gives a sense of security for my belongings that others could not. The staff is extremely friendly, informative and understanding. I have P.T.S.D and upon my first visit they made me feel very comfortable. Their ability to relate to their customers and understand current hardships is something other businesses should strive to obtain. I highly recommend Mini-U Storage to everyone.

You pay for rent because your possessions have value and you pay for insurance along with rent payments and someone breaks your lock and steal your stuff and they tell tough luck you lose. All money you spent went down the drain with your possessions.I rented a small unit for total of 37 months with over $4000 rent fees including a compulsory insurance payments. When last October I arrived at my unit, I found different lock on it. The next day a lady from the office said that someone must have broke my lock put his own lock on it. After they broke the thief lock I saw that many items were missing, as instructed I called the police and reported this burglary. When I asked the office about my insurance and how it would cover my losses, they said I should contact Bader insurance in Indiana. The insurance rep asked me to list detailed list of items stolen and also a copy of the police report. Then this insurance company sent me a letter saying they are not going to pay for my losses. The reason they claimed that there were no sign of forcible entry. I said if the thief breaks the lock and takes it with him, then there would be no evidence of forcible entry. The corporate office told me I am out of luck.

Ive rented a 5x10 I was very worried at first whether or not I would fit all my furniture. Lucky they have a tall ceiling so stacking boxes was possible. I dont own too much furniture but I was able to fit a desk, two cabinets, and quite of few boxes of clothes and miscellaneous. The staff was very professional and the renting process was very smooth and straightforward. Id definitely recommend my friends to store their belongings here.

The property is well lit and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Heather was very patient and funny,she answer all my questions. The storage units are clean and they even offer locks other items to secure your items and at the front office if you need to purchase them. I recommend this place if you need the extra space ..👍

The husband-and-wife team that run this operation is above and beyond what you expect from excuse me for saying a mundane job as they have. Move in was fast and simple. Found a fantastic rate at this spot for lower than most places. All moved in about 20 minutes.

It’s not just storage here. They do a great job keeping the place clean, the staff is very responsive and they keep the prices affordable. I also like how when we needed to get a larger unit they put us on a list so we could get first opportunity to claim it so we didn’t have to move to a different storage location.Would definitely recommend.

This storage unit is easy to have your items stored! Setting up auto pay is easy, access to your unit is easy, and the research of finding an affordable storage unit is easy! We recently have had to store some items for our clients and we came across this place since it was affordable and easy access to the storage units. All of the units are drive up access so no waiting for elevators or having to break a back walking down the hallways with your furniture. Simply drive up to your 5×10 or 10×20 (many different size units) and unload or load right there. They even have over 20 spots or so for vehicle storage! The storage lot is well maintained and there are no signs of vandalism or homelessness lurking the area. This is a great spot to have your items stored with piece of mind, and trust us we know storage! The employees and managers are uber friendly are very knowledgeable on getting you the best deal they can. Happy storing!! :)

Horrible. the communication process is extremely flawed and has been during our last few visits to the facility, even when trying to make payments by phone. we have been treated as if we were a burden. Most recently, we have decided to pull out of the spot due to theft and just plain horrible customer service. We rent an outdoor parking space for a small boat. We pulled the boat out of the space on Saturday, by the time we returned Sunday mid day, our boat cover an other misc. items in a small box, were gone. when we asked the lady in office for help, or if she knew if someone moved the items or trashed them her reply was there is nothing i can do. you have to call tomorrow and speak to Erik... after getting the same response from her multiple times, Reluctantly, we left. When calling to speak to the all knowing Erik, we were meant with attitude and sarcasm. Odd to me that our items were gone in a 24 hour period. Odd to me that they knew personally what locks we did an didnt have. Odd that we were told he looked through the cameras for almost ten minutes and seemed put out by this... all we were asking from the beginning is if someone knew anything, or if there was a way to find out, since we knew the exact night it happened. this type of disrespectful and arrogant response, is embarrassing for them. If the contract states they are not liable for stolen items, no problem. The boat cover itself less than $50, not the end of the world... but the way this was handled was beyond belief.

The site manager (and the one not on weekends...€UNT.She is rude, offensive in every way and difficult to deal with.Had I met HER when i inquires, I would have run fast.i guess it makes sense storage = little bugs and spiders and crickets. rather not entertain them while i’m there though.No parking while accessing your unit. It was a tight fit down each row so they thought adding giant containers would be a good idea. (it was not).There are better storage places in the vicinity for much less money and they don’t come married hi a €untish manager who thinks she’s got some crazy powers.

I had a fairly positive move in, the expectations and needs were not very clearly stated for move in but they did help work it out. Upon move out, I was misinformed when calling in about vacating my space that I did not need to do anything further. When I called in due to messages of missed payments, I spoke to what seemed to be the owner. Before even stating what I was calling about, he was very short and snappy asking for my name and information. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or this is normal behavior. After explaining to him what happened and why I felt I should not owe the extra charges for extra days, he said “well we are just going in circles now and I have people in front of me” and hung up. I’m big on customer service and I did not appreciate the services and rude demeanor of this phone call from the beginning. I do not plan on using them again or referring anyone else to as well.

I rented one of their moving trucks and they were supposed to give me $50 deposit back but they never did. I paid in cash so they claim they gave it back but refused to check the cameras which would confirm I indeed did not receive the deposit since it was minutes before they closed that I returned the vehicle and I was in such a rush to make sure to leave on time and not be locked in that I forgot to get the deposit. Thievery.

Long time customer, and I was recently robbed of over 10,000. worth of tools and collectiblesI had two locks on my unit and one was cut off by the complex, I went to check my content and found a completely different lock on my unit..? went to office and they cut it off and surprise!!! everything of value was gone.The Insurance they provide is useless and has ridicules hoops to jump through, and eventual uses contract verbiage that unqualified us for coverage.Note to self ..document everything in unit and have collectibles appraised for value first
