We had a great experience at Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, secure and the move in deals are great. The only thing we would have preferred was a fixed rate rental. Be aware there are periodic rate increases. The store manager Paige was extremely helpful and accommodating. She helped make our move out go smooth and seamless.

Nice, clean storage facility. Rate went up on me without prior notice but other than that, no complaints. Customer service is great, Paige was pleasant to work with. Would recommend to anyone in the area, just make sure you lock in your price.

The whole process was unbelievably seamlessly easy to rent a unit online. Time came to move out of the unit and I wanted to visit with somebody in the office - my call was answered quickly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this convenient and safe location.

The building is fairly new, well designed. Locks are new style that recess into the door lock frame, making it impossible to cut off like conventional locks. There is a bathroom if you need one. The back of the building has a decent amount of space to park and load. The hvac system keeps temps around 80ish, which was nice.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with storage units. STACI is by far my favorite employee!! She has so much hospitality and will walk you through step by step to make sure you get the exact unit necessary for your needs. Who wants to pay for more then what they actually need? The facility is extremely clean and well organized. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my sentimental items. Thank y’all for being such a friendly and outstanding place.

The experience from setting up to loading our stuff was pretty easy! The only hiccup we had was the the person we spoke to over the phone originally told us that our unit was on the second floor, but it was on the basement. However, we were able to call and get a representative on the phone who helped us find our unit.

This is a nice facility, however, what they dont tell you is that there is a clause in the lease agreement that allows them to raise the price at any point. They will pull you in with an advertised low monthly payment, but after a couple months it almost doubles. Mine started at $69, then it jumped up to $149 without any notification. Ill be staying away from this company in the future.

I am at storage space in Broomfield Colorado. I just want to relate that the person helping me her name is Stacy Campbell went above and beyond what she should have done and is really explain things and made it very easy for me. I will be moving to Spain and the last thing I want is to have issues with my personal belongings here but she assured me but everything will be fine and I feel confident with the business I have chosen this is a person you should keep around for a long time

They provide carts for you to haul your things to your unit, the elevators are very spacious and the locks on the doors are tamper resistant. I would definitely look into one of these if I ever needed a storage unit.

I thought booking a storage unit long distance would be complicated, but Stacey, the location manager, did everything she could to smooth out the process. She was friendly and positive, gave excellent advice to help me secure the right sized unit, and was very clear and helpful with all her directions. She took a process I was dreading and turned it into a pleasure. I am very impressed with her customer service.

Weve just begun our rental with Extra Space Storage but so far everything has been great. The unit was just as described and they had everything we needed, and the office staff was very friendly and helpful.

My fiancé and I needed a storage unit - we originally went to the Extra Space Storage location on Lowell and Midway (also, incredibly polite and friendly staff member) but there were no units available in the size we needed - so we came here to the 120th and Sheridan location and it was such a wonderful experience. Facility is super clean, secure, easy to navigate and Staci (the staff member on duty that day) was amazing. Answered all our questions and was able to get a better deal on the unit we needed. If you come here looking for a unit, ask for Staci to help you (although, I’m sure all the other staff members are just as polite and accommodating)

This morning, my todo list was: move out of storage, lunch, contact Extra Space Storage to close my account. Thanks to Jeremy’s keen observation skills, my day became: move out, reply to the email Extra Space sent after their facility check noted I removed my lock. There are hundreds of storage units in the building, and the staff takes their responsibility seriously enough that they noticed my one lock was gone. I’m pleased that ESS was mindful of my stuff when it was there. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs storage space. Next time I’ll try to remember to let them know I’m moving out, and save us both an extra email.

Reserved a 10X15 storage unit and was called about the set up process. Apparently your motorcycles need to be up on registration and I was not aware of this fact for the indoor units and since my motorcycle is a older dirt bike and would need serious adjustments its a bit hard to register.... Well I informed the lady my bike not being registered and apologize for wasting her time and not continuing with the unit and all I got was a rude Goodbye and quick disconnection. I was utterly shocked at the 180 in service. I get not wasting time on people who wont make you money but.... At the same time still be nice to them so you can have their business in the future..

Very GoodI have rented storage spaces in different places for many years. I checked out 5 other storage places (in person ) and selected this location . Jeff was by far the most professional and straightforward person I talked to. It is obvious that he runs a tight ship and it was the deciding factor.

I have rented storage space many times in my life. This is the best, modern, well designed, reasonably priced and with the best customer service you would expect at a good hotel. Very happy. I recommend this location.

Theyve got some of the best rates Ive found, and theyre also a kind and caring crew. A couple of days ago Id dropped a furniture part in the elevator and didnt realize it until I had left. They had seen it but thrown it away - so Michelle went to the dumpster and fished it out - totally saving me. I felt so taken care of. One tip - these units require a very specific lock - ES-2401 Extra Space Storage Cylinder Lock or equivalent. Im not sure where you can buy them other than from the storage company itself - I think it cost about $16

Facilities are very new, clean, secure and an easy layout. I had a lock issue and Jeff was awesome he was right there, had to drill the lock out and even had a replacement lock in hand.

Extra Space Storage is a very well kept and professional establishment. The price is quite reasonable as they have a climate controlled facility, a well-guarded security system, and spacious units. Overall, my experience setting up the storage unit and signing the lease agreement couldn’t have been easier.Michelle was excellent at explaining the details of the contract as well as helping me navigate my way through the building. She made sure that everything was taken care of and that I was happy with my decision. Went in to Extra space storage after making an online reservation turns out I maybe it at the wrong location but Jeff who was working there was supper nice and able to accommodate us even though the reservation are set up by appointment. he was also able show us around the units and faculty to make sure we got what we needed. Jeff was also able to get us a much better deal for the unit we really appreciated overall a very good experience plus the faculty was very well cared for and clean!

Syriena was wonderful with helping us reserve a storage unit over the phone. Jeff was great with helping us complete the contract and get into our unit, despite being such a busy season. The facility is right close to a Uhaul place and very clean. They have lots of carts and its pretty easy to access, even with a 3rd floor unit.
