So far very satisfied with the service team at this Lexus location. I came by recently to get my vehicle serviced for its first 5k. Javier and Jared were the techs who took care of me recently and was very clear and transparent in communication, identifying exactly the work that would be done and approximate time it would take to complete the service (~1 hr). Service went through as expected and vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed which is a nice service provided anytime you take in your vehicle. Some other things to note, I didnt have an appointment in place, yet they were still will to accommodate which was great. I also brought up a brake noise issue I had been experiencing since I had purchased the vehicle. I was able to replicate with a tech in the car, and ended up coming back for a follow up appointment to get the brake actuator system replaced and luckily still under warranty so no cost on my end for this fix. Overall the service team is great here, and provided updates throughout the service process. Very much looking forward to having my vehicle serviced here in future.Til next time, cheers!
