Michael Buzzelli is the best in the business. Hands down one of the best service department in the United States of America! He always keeps you updated and returns your calls right away. All around great service staff and beautiful new service center. They completely serviced my 2010 650i and really made it shine in the detail department.

Went for an oil change and they quoted me 1 price for brakes. Didnt do them there. They called me a couple days later and price was $500 higher than original quote.
Truly a terrific team here for both parts and service departments! These guys are one of the few actual Motorsport certified service centers for BMW in the midwest so they know race cars and readily stock parts and know how to work on them in a pinch.

I needed a part, and normally Ive always gotten a courtesy 10% discount at this and other BMW locations. When I asked for a discount, they guy said, Exactly for what reason? I dont mean to sound like a jerk, but why should I give you a discount?I replied, Because Im a repeat customer, and Ive always gotten a small discount from any BMW dealership. He refused to give me any sort of discount, but pointed out that if I was a member of some Chicagoland BMW car club, I could get 15% off just for being a member. All I had to do was go to the clubs website, sign up and wait to get my card from them in the mail. He also kept reiterating how he wasnt being a jerk. I didnt have time or patience to continue escalating the issue, so I paid full price at $90-something dollars.Well, older Hispanic guy working the parts counter on a Saturday, you WERE a jerk, and I will be getting my parts from ANY other BMW dealership besides Laurel BMW from now on. Im sure you dont care, but you lost a customer over less than a measly $10 dollars.Great job, jerk!
