I was there couple of weeks ago for Pedicure and manicure. The girl that did the Pedicure, Kiran was excellent. she said she is new, but her work is so meticulous and clean, I felt good. I will go there again for Pedicure. I wish I could give her more star.

Noorani was able to get me in quickly to thread my eyebrows. She was very friendly and happy to help. The prices are unbeatable for such good quality! I would definitely recommend because I know I’ll be going again.

I have been dying my hair with henna for several years. I called this place in advance and asked if a blonde balayage was something that was possible. They said its possible but could not guarantee the color and I would have to sign something. I was told over the phone that I would be there a couple hours. The hair stylist that took care of me had an attitude and was rude from the start. She was telling me there was nothing we could do for my hair, I asked if we could do a bleach test strand. She did it but said I would have to go home and rinse my test strand after 40 min. She said if I liked it I could come back and we could decide on something. She ended up checking the hair but when I told her I liked the result, she refused to do the rest of my hair. She said she had other clients, even though I was told by phone I would be there until closing. I was not happy and then she decided that she didnt want to work with my hair whatsoever. This was a waste of my time and I will definitely not be coming back.

Found a deal on Groupon, so decided to give them a try. Sigita did my hair and was amazing. Took what I wanted and gave me options for my hair type

When I visit for the first time to cut my hair that experience was very satisfying for me. But the second time an old white lady cut my hair. Her behavior was very aggressive in nature and rude. I will never get a hair cut from that lady. The receptionists were polite and nice.

The best place ! Went there with my 3 little kids, and even got my facial : one hour of relaxing while the staff were taking care of my kids and doing their haircuts . So friendly and nice people work there. Thanks a lot 🙏 and my kids got so cute and nice haircuts . I am so happy 🙏🙏🙏

Best place for the waxing and threading

I have been coming to Beauty Concepts for 18 years for my eyebrows, waxing, massages, and haircuts - the quality of their services have never wavered. When quarantine began during 2020, I was so fearful they wouldn’t be there when it ended but they are open again, taking extreme precautions, and providing amazing and safe services as always. I went twice to try it out I mostly go to shesas in Westmont the customer service is HORRIBLE I’m African American and you can tell they treat customers differently based off of looks they never greet me but I’ve seen them great every other customer but me

I popped in to get my eyebrows threaded, and this may be my new go-to place for that. The price ($7) was reasonable, the service was quick, and I couldnt be happier with the results. On top of all of that, they also have a punch card to get your seventh brow threading for FREE! I live in the city, but this was definitely worth the drive, and I may even indulge in some of their other services.

This salon is great!! I have been coming here for years.....Ive tried other places in the past but no more! Its only Beauty Concepts for me. They offer many salon services, but the eyebrow threading is phenomenal! The ladies are very good. You cant go wrong with this choice.

I have been here a few times but the quality of eyebrow threading is inconsisent from one person to another. One time I went and it was great, the next few times one of my brows was much thinner than the other. I have found another place closer to my home that is more consistent so I will most likely not return here.

They are always friendly. I have been gong here for 17 years or so. I just went last week after not having gone for a year and noticed there is a new receptionist. She seemed to be more interested in her phone but then again it was very slow when I went in so maybe she was bored. But the ladies that do the eyebrow threading have always been very nice. The massages are great and the hair services are great as well. Overall great service.

I have only come here for eyebrow threading, and they always do an excellent job for an excellent price. Dont expect them to be very sweet, smiling or chatty... thats not their way. But DO expect them to do a superb job on whatever service you order. Those ladies know what theyre doing - true professionals.

I see Raji monthly for my bikini wax and she does it so quick and painlessly!! I definitely recommend going to see her. My sister already does too.

I am very happy with the waxing here. The only thing I dont like might seem petty, but Ill mention it. Im a generous tipper, but PREFER, as a rule, to tip the person who actually performs the service. For me, the amount of the tip might correspond with the quality of the service. Anyway, at this salon, the tip always just gets taken by the person who is at the front desk, and thrown in a jar. So why over tip?

This place used to be somewhere I went frequently, but the past couple months where I’ve visited, it is TERRIBLE! One lady specifically, ruins my eyebrows every time I get them done. She put a line through my eyebrow last time, and she did the same on my most recent visit. This place has turned into not that great of a place. Not to mention when I went to the counter to pay, they didn’t even acknowledge me. It was simply rude. I will never be coming back here and I hope that others can see this comment and save their eyebrows before they look misshaped and not what you asked for.

They use to be pretty good a few years back but theyre not so hot anymore. Everyone does the brows differently and this is the second time that I have had a botched eyebrow. I will no longer be doing here because of the inconsistency. Would go somewhere else for sure.

Ive been going here for almost 20 years, and I love it. Ive watched it grow from a tiny place to the salon it is now. Great prices, the best threading ever, and it was here before threading was a thing in the US. They really know how to do it. Love the place, and it is a great way for lots of women to have work doing something they learned at home. I have been threaded all around the world, but now I wait until I am back in Chicago to go here, because they are better than any other place I have been.

Eyebrow threading can be very painful, however, these women have a light touch and this eyebrow threading session has been the least painful one Ive ever experienced! Ill definitely be coming back!

Please beware of the woman who sells jewelry from the locked case. Do not consent to view anything from this case. It’s higher priced jewelry, cash or check only. She uses an aggressive, high pressure sales approach which is very intimidating if you’re unaccustomed to this, or a vulnerable-people pleaser type such as myself.Waxing and threading services are good. I used to like the lower priced jewelry displayed openly because it was unique. I say “used to” because I will never go back again. Last couple visits were ruined by this one woman and her high pressure sales. I’m awake all night now, she is not.

Ive been coming to this establishment for a couple of years now, the personnel are quiet but I know they are doing a great job on the service I request from waxing to facials. I like that they are not as expensives as other places and close to my job so I can go quickly at lunch time and return to work ontime.

Unsterile wax. They use a roller wax for every wax rather than using a disposable popsicle stick. That cross contamination is unimaginable. Will not return.

I got my eyebrows threaded! Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. I tried this place they made me bleed it was pretty painful. I also got a manicure the worst paint job ever! Will not be back.
