Absolutely ridiculous. I was in the drive through for 15 minutes and when a car pulled up next to me, the pharmacist got his prescription before mine. 15 minutes I waited and no one came to the window. I always find myself having bad service at this Walgreens. They’re slow and rude. Please find staff that actually wants to work and takes care of the guests in the order they came. It wasn’t even busy inside so I’m not sure why I had to wait 15 minutes.

What amazing management by Jeremy. He is very professional, polite, calm and courteous! The store is impeccably clean and organized. The staff are very calm and professional even in the midst of a difficult and challenging situation made this way by the customer. All staff held their composure and professionalism even while she berated Jeremy and continued to use foul language at other staff. Lets remember that our Walgreens staff are essential workers and we should ALL be kind. Jeremy held it together. Well done. Youre doing great at management. Keep up the professionalism!👏👏

I wish 0 was an option. Got home and moldy beer box. Cant imagine how their other products are. I called and I can bring back to exchange for another. The manager didnt seem to care if they were handing out mold to people.

Got some water from here and my mouth tasted like aluminum for a few hours, not sure where they get their water from but I would suggest being wary. The nice staff allowed me to take photos in their store for my side gig app which requires me to do so. 4 out of 5 for staff, as far as products, Ill have to vosit again in the future.

Slow pharmacist and slow techs. They prioritize drive thru customers over the ones in-store. As a pharmacy technician myself, we never do that in our store.

I’ve only met one friendly employee at this store. They over charge for my medicine. Really Walgreens, if you are going to charge me 5x as much Walmart, you could at least use that money to update your sad looking store.

This pharmacy is awful. Every time I go to pick up my prescriptions it takes over 20 minutes. The people working in the pharmacy need more help or more training to work with customers more quickly.

Having lived in the city of Chicago my whole life, I am used to busy roads, long lines and traffic. This Walgreens lost my photos I ordered, but ended up finding them after I waited for over 10 minutes. My pharmacy script have been delayed for over 4 days now even though I have refills. As well as their system does not work. 6/10 on this one.

Horrible, been to well over 50 Walgreens and their pharmacy is the worst. Long lines, employees have the worst attitudes. I live so close but try my best to avoid this place at all costs.

Had to go back multiple times while extremly ill for them to get my prescriptions filled correctly. First pharmacist didnt communicate there was an issue with filling MULTIPLE prescriptions that are integral to my recovery. I had to come back to speak to an alternate pharmacist, who then explained the issue, and carried out the proper steps (called my doctor, switched to generic version, which was supposed to be quite easy...) to get me what I needed. Cursory job all around. Pretty lacking.

Ive been shopping at this Walgreens for the last five years and have never encountered the experience that I had today with a cashier by the name of Linda G. Mainly in the mornings o come with my children to quickly grab allergy meds in an interim until.i can get a prescription. Well, I usually grab whats ever on sale which is typically the Walgreens brand so today I saw in front of the 150 count price point 21.99 with card minus $1 total price 2099 taking it up to the register the lady scans it I put in my card and then she tells me that my total is 3699 so I tell her well the sign said that it was 2099 with the card she flips out the little coupon book and takes forever to look up the allergy section so finally I told her Im just going to go ahead and get something cheaper or smaller count and go to Walgreens and buy my kids pill so before I can even walk away from the register she finally goes I can always just call a manager so I said you know what no so I go back there to find the pills only to find out that all of the labels are incorrect so finally I sent my child to go grab them at the manager we grab the manager I explain the manager my situation I also told him that your prices are incorrectly labeled on all of your allergy meds so he acknowledged it so I finally got Zyrtec which was on sale take it to the register the manager follow right behind me as Im at the register Linda decides that she wants to argue with me and very persistent and telling me that I grabbed the wrong pills and the wrong account so I asked her politely I said maam I did not your labels are incorrect I grab them based off the labels and she holds the magazine in her hand she goes to know you grab the wrong pill I said Linda I did not can you stop very persistent in trying to tell me that I did something wrong when I went based off of the labels that were before me all the while we were in front of another customer so the manager finally behind me grab some pills that I had that we picked out together and rang them up and then told me that there was another coupon in the back for the thing I never wanted the pills that I originally had in my hand for the price point thats not what I was asking which I guess is what she thought I was what I needed to know was what pills that you had on sale but the mere fact that she decided that she wanted to argue with me and tell me that I was incorrect in front of a customer shows me that she lacks the knowledge of what a true customer service representative is Im deeply appalled at this situation typically I only go in to Walgreens When Ross is there because when Ross is there he gives excellent customer service and he knows how to make a customer feel wanted and welcome in that place from this standpoint I dont know if I can go to this Walgreens again I dont know if I can encounter another situation with Linda G she does not know her job she does not know her product again I think another Walgreens even though this one is around the corner with me its the best bet for me to be unfortunately Walgreens on 63rd located in Westmont you have lost a customer just because of this one situation and this one cashier

Terrible Pharmacy. Lines take 20 minutes when there are 5 employees standing around. Also call saying prescriptions are ready, arrive to wait in line and have nothing ready or stocked

Purchased wrong fish oil on 11/05/2021 from this store (Because the difference in Omega level) and want to exchange it to the same Omega level but being told I cannot exchange it because some new store rules. The fish oil bottle is still sealed in its original format, not opened with store receipts and came back on 11/07 for exchange. Bad manner from store workers!!!
