The store always closed during business hours, been there twice in the last week with no one there... The person(s) worked there like to take lengthy breaks at random business hours!

I called ahead of time and I was told that they closed at 7pm. I arrived at 6:23 pm and the guy closed before I could open the door, turned off the lights and walked to the back. When he returned I asked why he closed early, he said slow business. I replied why I wasnt told over the phone earlier if that was the case? I drove 20 miles just to pick up two items. When I said that the guy didnt give a S@#t and not even bothered to say sorry, he just ignored me completely. Im a Verizon customer they dont treat me like they do here. BOOST, CRICKET AND SPRINT same company by the way.....

Just bought an iPhone 7 for my son and paid 149.99 for the brand new phone and first month .No other boost store offered me this. So happy I came here after calling 6 other boost stores. Thumbs up to leslie and crew.

This Boost mobile store is amazing and has an amazing representative . i investigated these customers profile and it seems like these people only write bad reviews to ruin a business. i have gotten many phone from here and never had a problem . even screen repairs . the people that i have witness that come in and complain is mainly about not getting everything free or read the advertisement wrong.I would definitely come back to this store.

This place is rip off. Customer service is horrible, I bought a box and service tried to connect the box didn’t work. I bought the box back the next day asked for my money back they would not give me my money back. Blame game between xfinity and Boost. If they do this to every customer they are rich.

Do not come here. They are crooks, they told me the only plan we could get was a $60.00 plan and the activation fee was $20.00 and $10.00 for another fee. Just because my son had his own boostmobile phone and wasnt buying one. I been with boost over 5 yrs. and never had this experience. I repeated do not shop here. Youve been warned.!!!

This place is ridiculous. I often receive ups packages here and couple of times they close earlier then they suppose to. On internet it says that they close at 7pm but they close at 5pm. Couple of times I came at 4:40-4:45 pm and the place I closed. Second I came today at 1:25pm to pick up my package and they are closed even if it says open on the sign in front of the door. I dont know if they left on a break or something but they suppose to leave a notice or something. I am tired of this place. This is the last time I will schedule a package for receiving overhere.

DO NOT BOTHER! This is one place that I would compare to a lemon vehicle.I was very satisfied at first, but was very curious as each time I would go to make a payment or a change there would be another two to three people complaining. As everything was fine in the beginning, I really did not pay too much attention to this.They offer a Mobile roaming service to Mexico, which is apparently very badly advertised. Boost Mobile and their representatives will assure you that their coverage in Mexico is where Telcel offers coverage. This is very far from the truth, and further review appears that their partner in Mexico is most likely Movistar, not Telcel.As a result of this misinformation, I purchased the telephone, a month service, their additional roaming service, and sent a telephone to Mexico to my fiance.Upon receipt, we discovered that she did not have signal or service in the areas that we were told, but did have some type of signal in the Movistar service areas, again not Telcel.This whole process, which was performed upon the expertise of the representatives of Boost Mobile, cost me in excess of $250. This included the purchase of the phone, the services, and the shipment costs to ship the phone to Mexico.When I addressed this matter, there was a bunch of passing the buck. It was someone elses fault. I offered what I felt was a reasonable solution to indemnify me against my losses. To keep me as a customer they would simply apply a $250 credit for products and services to my account.The response from Jessie and Ramiro, Representatives at this Boost Mobile location, as well as the location on Woodward Avenue, was refusal. They would not accept responsibility of the information that was supplied causing me to spend a fairly excessive amount of money, and receiving no benefit in return. They further stated that I could try to contact Boost Mobile for satisfaction.Call Boost Mobile and was on the phone for more than 2 hours receiving the runaround and repeating the same information and same steps over and over again with different Representatives as they turned over to another representative every time a situation would begin accelerating from the repetitive steps. The conclusion of Boost Mobile to satisfy my $250 loss, as result of bad information from a boost representative, was to apply $5 credit to my account.I would strongly recommend against doing business with this Boost Mobile or the one on Woodward Avenue in Westmont. As stated, every visit there were complaints from various individuals. I would further advised against doing any business with Boost Mobile whatsoever, as their customer service leaves a great deal to be desired and is very difficult to get hold of.Dont take my word for it. Review the information online. It is readily available. Dont make the same mistake that I made. Do the reviews look at the ratings. Pretty low ratings most of the good ratings are probably from newer clients that had the same initial experience that I had and never went back to update their reviews.

Not very helpful. Told me they would do a trade in. When I got there they said they dont do that and sent me to the store on Wooldridge who said they only do that with I phones. Went back to this location and the girl said oh, yeah only for I phones. No apology or anything

This is also know as DG Connect, they try and sell you overpriced and beat up phones. They spam themselves all over Craigslist by saying you can buy an excellent condition phone that turns out to be heavily used. Purchased a phone from them and the motherboard failed 2 months later. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I like the unlimited plan, only one thing that bugs me, they dont open on time!!!!!

They always close nearly an hour early and when I called to let the girl know that Id be there to pick up my package forty minutes before closing, she got an attitude with me. Will always make sure Im home to receive my UPS packages because thats outrageous.
