I went to the cricket store in Bolingbrook with my phone I was having a problem answering calls both people told me it was my phone so I decided to go to a different cricket store in westmont and this young lady named Naomi figured it out and fixed it thank God for people like her thanks again

Terrible didnt resolve the problem

I usually have a great experience but this time wasnt so great... I must say the employee not the manager at this location was polite and helpful,although the experience. I purchased earbuds and within 3days I had to return them so I thought. Wasnt able to return are get a refund due to not charging properly. I was told by customer service on the phone,I could get a return are refund are they should be able to assist me with this issue. Then I was later informed due to Covid,they couldnt so it was one reason after another. So I just left this store and thank the employee that was helpful and just took it as a lost. If you going sale products in your store that may have a defect then let your customers know. I have been a cricket customer for many years,so now Im rethinking my service with them. So buyer beware!!

Before he left Cricket Wireless he didSomething to my Old LG FORTUNE THAT MADE THE MICROPHONE STAY PERMANENTLY EXPOSED SO THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO TAP ONTHE GEAR TO GET THE MICROPHONE TO APPEAR. WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW HE DIDTHAT HE WOULDNT TELL ME ORTHE NEW MANAGER HOW ANDWHAT WAS HIS SECRET WAS.NOW I HAVE TO CALL CRICKETSTECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAYBE THEY CAN RESOLVE MYISSUE AND I CAN SHARE IT WITH THE NEW MANAGER!
