The hours on their website and Google say 24/7 but we got here at 11:30pm and theres a sign on the drive thru saying its closed. Just update it online?

Very dirty place. There were flies on the donuts and the freezers were extremely dirty and had insects in them. I talked with the associate and asked her to talk with the manager and she told me she couldn’t contact him and to just leave a review, so that is what I am doing.Bad experience, very poor customer service and the store was in very unsanitary condition, not appropriate for selling ice cream. Not recommended!

We had ordered a graduation cake for my daughter’s high school graduation party. The order had to be placed online as they would not accept it in person. We had a receipt of the cake to delivered in 5/30/21 and when we got to the store they did not have the order. The manager refused to talk to us or acknowledge their mistake. Poor customer service would never order again

Tonight me and my husband went to come get some ice cream. I’ll start off by saying that I’m extremely pregnant, so my cravings have been kind of crazy lately. Needless to say the gentleman working tonight, and I believe he said his name was Rhen.... obliged my weird cravings and can also make one hell of a banana split. I have a few more months to go, so we will definitely be coming back!! Thanks again for the amazing customer service experience

We tried going inside at 10:25 because their dining room closes at 11:00, but the doors were locked, then went to the drive-thru and recieved nothing but attitude when asking why the doors were locked. Stale cones, missing several ice cream flavors. Overall it sucked on 4th of July.

Went to this place and realized the bagel prices are way to high and bagel size is small compared to other dunkins. I was very disappointed with my experience at Westmont location. Munchkins and regular donuts are high price as well. Went in the morning and munchkins were dry, wasn’t fresh. I come here to get shakes and they are good. But every time I come they are always out of something or dont have flavors, this time it was only enough milk for two shakes. And I drove to this location because of its convenient location, so I was getting shakes for multiple people. Every once and a while, I get it. But for something to always be missing or short of at this location (especially during the winter) seems like laziness to me. Keep in mind that the shakes are expensive too, I got one medium and one large and my total was $15

Trash location. Refuse to make a milkshake because they jus cleaned the blenders. Can you say lazy?

The menu always has something perfect for any mood youre feeling. Just be aware that in peak hours youll take 10 min at most so nothing too bad but just know it

The only Baskin Robbins in the area now since Plainfield rd Darien location closed. Quick service.

This location is very convenient since its close to work. The drive thru line is always very slow. But if you go inside 4 people are working the drive thru and only one for people walking in.Ive kept going here only because of the convenience.Yesterday was my last straw. I went inside last night for icecream. The only gentleman helping people inside was extremely slow. Not all of the icecreams were labeled, but he couldnt tell me what any of the flavors were. I then just asked for a single scoop in a cup. He then started scooping a cone. I had to repeat 3 more times before getting him to put the cone down. I then got a super small serving and not even a formed scoop.

This DD is the worst place ever, they are always out of almost everything and they are the rude people especially the ones who works at late night shift !!!! Zero star rating!!!

It is incredible that in the middle of a pandemic the guy serving ice cream wasn’t wearing a mask correctly and didn’t even wash his hands after using the register machine. Never saw him sanitize anything. Horrible we had to go

What can you say? It is a pretty typical fast food chain restaurant. The food is consistent and the facility is reasonably well maintained and clean. You know what to expect no matter where you are and they churn it out as anticipated. No surprises good, good or bad, and that is exactly what you hope for in this type of place.

Liars. Don’t expect to get what you order or when you order. Not friendly.

Always slow service..and out of what you want

So I go thru the drive thru just now at about 10:45pm and ask for 2 shakes. The lady tells me they dont have the flavor I asked for. So I go around and walk inside, I see that they have the flavor. Then she says the shake machine is not working. Point is this place was not busy at all, but woman just didnt want to work. This is not the first time Ive had problems at this store.

No god damn dirty dasis running this venture. Very clean and hygienic place. Service is friendly and speedy. I always feel comfortable and take my whole family for ice cream to this place.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon craving a shake. Was told one of their machines/syrup system(?) was broken. Tried to order 3 different things until it was explained that they could only do Sundaes or scoops. We attempted to order a banana split - They then firmly repeated ONLY scoops or Sundaes. If you dont know that a Banana Split is a Sundae, I cant help you. Left quickly after.

Super slow service. I did go at 800 in the morning rush. But I had to wait just to park because the drive up was packed. Once I got inside I was 3rd in line. They serviced the drive up first priority. I got donuts for my kids they sat down ate them cleaned up the table and still had to wait for my coffee longer. Everyone was frustrated with how long they were taking.

Great open Dunkin and lots of seating space. At the time of my visit there seemed to be only 2 staff members so wait was longer than expected.

31 flavors my a**! You are lucky if they have two! Just took my son to grab an ice cream and first they were out of mint chocolate chip, then they said they were out of chocolate...then vanilla! The only thing they said they had was rocky road. This doesn’t just go for the Baskin Robbins, their Dunkin Donuts too! I’ve been there twice before where they were out of almost all the donut types. The girl on speaker menu always seems like she hates her job and is inconvenienced by a customer making an order.We went to the Baskin Robbins in Darien 737 Plainfield Rd instead, SO much friendlier and has ALL flavors available.

Staff is always very friendly and the ice cream and shakes are great. Connected to a Dunkin Donuts which is a plus.

Its just like every other one youve ever been to. Marginally dirty and they sell ice cream and donuts.

They were open (it was 10 pm), but the door was locked and nobody responded or was anywhere to be seen in the drive-through. :/

Always low or out of product ...and you have to ask for a thick shake if you dont want a cup of milk ..

Staff can not tell if older version of $100 bills are legitimate and so refused to take legal currency.

They keep a clean restroom and have coffee. Win.

This place has terrible service. I ordered a sandwich without cheese and they gave me cheese. I went in to get a new one and after waiting for 15 minutes they gave me the same sandwich I brought back.
