First let me say that Janet was a huge help in securing an appointment same day as she knew i had taken the day off work. She was very helpful in working with me to see if my insurance covered my hearing aid as well.Adam took care of me and basically upgraded my broken hearing aid that was over 10 years old. this new hearing aid is incredible working with my smart phone. It had an immediate impact with me being able to hear in a restaurant right away and watching TV now I have the volume lower than I ever had in the last 10 years.So their product is exceptional but i am sure there are other good products on the market, but what you may not find is the Awesome service that Janet and Adam provided.I highly recommend giving them a call to schedule an appointment for your hearing needs. I went for a hearing test this past week. I have mild hearing loss. I took my deceased Moms hearing aids, which I bought at Audibel in 2019. My Mom hardly used them. Adam cleaned them, made some adjustments, and suggested that I wear them. He was great, most willing to help, and no pressure to buy new hearing aids. Appreciated his kindness to my Mom in 2019, and again to me now. Treated me like an old friend.

What I have read about the newest and greatest technology, made me to want it. When I walked into Adams office, I was greeted by his office secretary who acted as if they had known me and was waiting for my arrival. I had my hearing tested with the best equipment on the market. It was explained to me exactly how the test worked. This process was well focused and gave me solid results. I am a 39 year old woman that didn’t realize how hearing impaired I am until I put in my new set of hearing aids, I was of course very overwhelmed. I met with Adam last year, August, but decided I didnt want hearing aids just yet. I am now back in Adams office with my new hearing aids from Hear.com. I will see Adam for all my hearing aid questions, fittings, etc. from now on. I have been wearing my new hearing aids for only about 3 weeks so Im still adjusting to hearing better with them and getting better about putting them in my ears. My problem was hearing the TV and hearing my husband who is very soft spoken. I can keep the TV volume down now so I dont wake up the neighbors, as I watch TV late in the evenings. I was a little hesitant to have my hearing checked, but Adam delivered some of the best news...no hearing loss. Despite the fact that I presented several complaints about my hearing, he told me that I am not a candidate for hearing aids.Then he very generously took the time to explain what I might be experiencing, even though I would not be a customer. Adam was very helpful. I was in there once for a hearing aid repair and it turned out better than I expected.Eventually I will be needing new aids and I know I’ll be going back to Adam when the time comes. I would like to add that I’ve had my Audible hearing aids for over 8 years now and never had any major problems with them other that occasional adjusting and replacements of the plastic tubing. I have family members and friends who had other brands and are constantly sending them in for repair or having to have them replaced. I’m very happy with mine!

Being 35 with hearing loss was tough to admit, but something I should have done sooner. Adam and his staff have been friendly and professional since day one. My 1st visit was a Tuesday and by Thursday I had my hearing aids. Sounds I took for granted I can now hear again. My father was against getting a hearing aid to start but this place made him feel very comfortable once he got there. I came down w sudden onset hearing loss at age 49 and had approximately 50% hearing loss with constant ear ringing - let’s just say a not so fun time in my life. After much research I came upon Audibel Hearing of Westmont and thank God I did. From the moment I touched base w Donna at the Audibel office I was super impressed. She was kind, considerate and always followed up! From there I had my initial appt w Adam who from the moment I met him I knew he truly cared about my issue. I picked up my inner ear hearing aide this morning and again he gave me thorough overview of its useage - how to clean - how to change batteries - how to store etc. I cannot thank Adam and Donna enough! My Mom is 88 and just relocated to Chicago. She bought her first pair of Audibels in 2010. I called Donna (very nice) and Adam was nice enough to see Mom today, Saturday even though he is not technically open on Saturdays. He greeted us and asked who was here for a hearing test which told me he has a sense of humor. The test was thorough. He tweaked the hearing aids, cleaned them and voila she could hear much, much better. He was whispering to her and she could hear him great! My wife and I were shocked to say the least. Granted she is 90% deaf but it was a huge improvement. Adam is a pro with great manners and his customer service is second to none. We cant wait for her next appointment next April. Thanks, Adam. I was a reluctant visitor to Adams office 3 years ago. My wife had been urging me for years to get hearing aids and I took Adams mailing seriously enough to make the appointment.After a thorough examination Adam indicated that my hearing loss was relatively mild and I probably could get along without them for a while longer if I was so inclined.After understanding how hearing loss also impacts how we interact with the world, I decided to try them out for a month and if not satisfied I could return them for only a minimal fee.3 years later I can honestly say my life changed so much for the better. I have been wearing Sonic hearing for the last ten years. Several weeks ago one of my hearing aid stop working and I immediately check the internet to fine someone close to my home who could make repairs.I live in Darien, IL and notice the Audible Hearing of Westmont was close by and repaired hearing aids.
