Connect hearing came up as the closest place for getting hearing aid and after calling and checking for the coverage, brand and getting an appointment, I headed out to meet Deborah Barbate. There was no wait times and after filling out several forms, I met with Debbie and had my audiogram.With the results, she proceeded to find me the best aid for my needs for a trial fit and I was ready. While the trial is going on, they are going to check the insurance coverage and order in a new aid. This is the first time I am trying a Phonak brand and with integrated Bluetooth, I am always wearing my aid and I love it. Thanks to Debbie and the Connect Hearing team.

Excellent experience overall, they took time to explain their methods as well as discussed basically anything I asked regarding my health or their treatments, etc. I certainly will be going back if I or my family need hearing testing.

We met Ms. Wendy and she was Professional, Friendly and Caring. She took her time to explain in details how to use and care for the hearing aids . Dear Connect Hearing, You need some serious help! I have been a patient there since your previous owner, Dr Andrea Friedman left, thats about 6-7 yrs total, maybe more. Since she left you have had a revolving door of new audiologists who barely last between visits. It is very disheartening and does not inspire confidence in your service. You have ONE thing going for you, that is Denise! She is empathetic, professional and makes a great first impression. Keep her; pay her more! Now get a Dr who will stay to service patients!

Connect Hearing has a knowledgeable and understanding staff willing to take the time to answer questions. My mom has been trying the aides for two weeks, uncertain whether they help. Mike tweaked the settings a bit and she is continuing to evaluate. No rush, thorough process. They clearly want the best possible outcome for the patient.

I have been a client of this office way back before it was connect hearing. I had seen 4 audiologists since. When I found out that Mr. De Rosa was taking over the office, I was kind of hesitant because he was not a Doctor of Audiology. I was thinking of moving to another clinic that has a Doctor of Audiology. When I went to see Mr. De Rosa, I was impressed by his work. he was able to figure out why I cant understand people that talked over the microphone. thank you Mr. De Rosa, now I can understand the homily at our church.

I took a senior relative there to have his hearing aids reprogrammed years ago. He got his Phonak from another source. We had called the factory and they recommended these folks in Westmont IL several years ago. They continue to service the hearing aids and always check them to see that they are functioning properly. We buy the batteries there also. A years supply cost $20.00 and the batteries purchase there seem to last longer then the ones purchased at other places. Denise was very helpful. I am slowly becoming more hard of hearing as I get older and I will use these folks later this year.

I had my new hearing aids setup by Mike and I couldnt be happier, Denise was very helpful getting my appointment set up. Great team a wonderful first experience, I will be returning for future adjustments.

Service is friendly, on-time and always professional. The Phonac rechargeable model hearing aids Im presently using are the best Ive ever had. They are also Bluetooth connected to my cell phone.

Over the past 12 years, I dealt with two other Audiology services and was very happy with both of them. HOWEVER.....CONNECT HEARING in Westmont, IL is by far THE VERY BEST!!! Having to change to a new Audiology service was a little unnerving at my age, but with the first phone call, Denise was so helpful, friendly and informative, I was very comfortable in making the change. From the hearing test and fitting by Audiologist, Linda to picking up my new Phonak hearing aids from Audiologist, Wendy, the entire experience was EXCELLENT!!! I am so happy that they are now such an important part of my healthcare.

Working with Dr. Remec for my hearing needs was a very smooth and informative process. He explained everything in detail and his after visit followup calls were amazing. He also made it easy to adjust to wearing a hearing aid, as he increased the volume in stages. Ive never been more satisfied!

My son failed the hearing test at school. So we needed an audiologist and direction as to what to do. We found Dr. T.J. and he was great with our son, very cordial. He found that he did have a hearing issue through a couple of fun tests my son said. We would definately recomend him to friends and family.
