After moving into a new home it was recommended that I work with Karen.She was very patient and professional with me. She met with me to coordinate color, fabric and wallpaper. Karen got to know me and was really able to help me find exactly what I wanted. I have and will recommend her every chance I get.

As a general contracting and design firm, we work with Karen Pierson at JC Licht for all of our wallpaper and paint color selections. (This is despite the fact that there are other wallpaper and paint stores closer to our client base.) No one is more knowledgeable about paint color and wallpaper than Karen. My experience with JC Licht was very professional and gave me an insight as to what other companies should achieve. Once I entered the store I was greeted by a knowledgeable associate, Holly Tlusty, in the Westmont store, who guided me in my selection in style and color. She listened to my objectives and concerns which gave me the confidence to go forward with our plan. She gave a history of the product selections and when Elena (the home consultant) came to my home, it helped me to solidify my decision choice with only a few questions. A mistake was made in measurement on one of the kitchen shades and JC Licht acted and corrected it immediately.It was a pleasure to work with such a great company.

Holly did a great job with showing me a few options to consider. She knew what paint color I was trying to match and gave me great suggestions. She’s so friendly, knowledgeable, and she made the process fun. 👍

I have a few other JC Licht locations closer to me, but I always travel a little further to the the Westmont JC Licht Store. I am usually looking at wallpaper books or window treatments and Karen is always so helpful. She does all the decor (windows, fabric, wallpaper and general decorating). She knows the wallpaper books so well. If I have a color, pattern or style in mind she knows which books are most likely to have what I am looking for. I frequently recommend it to friends and clients.

I visited the store to get some paint for my house, during my visit only one employee wore his mask the others had them pulled down. The woman on the other side of the store, had no mask on and kept coughing. The two employees not wearing their mask were talking to another customer sharing their opinions on covid, masking mandate and politics. This seems very unprofessional and rude to other customers in the store. It is obvious the company doesnt care about covid policies. I will be taking my paint needs elsewhere from now on.

Talk to Wilcott. He is manager and will take care of your needs. He provides a great service and is very knowledgable.

I genuinely love this place and am thrilled that they exist. PLEASE go here for paint if you are in the area, or even not. The folks will help you in a non-pushy way better than any other place.

Came in with a can of 18 year old paint done in a custom color and they were able to quickly make me a brand new one. Great service.

Freindly staff fast service

Recently ordered shades for our home. The order had numerous mistakes that took over a month to clear up. The shade manufacturer Horizons product is average quality at best but continued to make mistake after mistake including incorrect brackets and missing parts. Westmont Paint measured incorrectly requiring shade to be sent back and recut and were overcharged $250 for a higher tier fabric than what was selected. Would not recommend, way too much hassle.

Very disappointed in this store. My husband and I walked in looking for window treatments. The woman expressed to me 3 different times how expensive they were. I have only had custom treatments in my house the last 40 years, so I know the pricing. She then told me she only did blinds and another woman would call me to to set up an appointment. She took my name and number and that was almost 3 weeks ago. I guess they didn’t need my business.

This store has provided the best customer service and paint knowledge one could ask for. Ed, the owner, explained the difference in product, helped with supplies and also walked through application. Highly recommend store for quality products and service.
