The gentleman working the desk was very rude.our reservation stated this is where we needed to be. He wasnt friendly at all.

Clean and easy. They play good music throughout the facility. Also great deal for the price.

Cargo van was not cleaned. Previous customers spilled coffee in the cupholders. Not sanitized. Worker did not walk around to view the vehicle with me. I took a video. We left at 4 p.m. and after looking at the van I wanted to ask about gas and tolls and realized he gave me a utility dolly instead of the appliance dolly. When I went to go back inside after only being outside for 5-7 min all the doors were locked. I called 3 times from the door and no one answered.

Customer service was superb. Macrina answered all my questions and some concerns I had. After the whole process I can say I am very pleased and I feel safe leaving my belongings at this storage facility. I definitely recommend.

This facility is top-notch! The loading bays help in this extreme cold weather and they have carts for my heavier items! Facility is clean and it is also climate controlled so my artwork wont get ruined. 5/5

I am very impress by this facility. It is well kept, drive in loading bays, and they have carts available! Its also right off of Ogden Ave across from Ty Warner Parking making it easily accessible.

The employees here are so polite and made the process quick and simple. With the rain weve had, I was afraid my items were going to get wet in the process. Luckily they have indoor climate controlled units! I feel safe storing my antiques here with their monitoring system.

While facility is nice and clean the customer service is terrible. I am in the customer service business and would not be if I treated a customer the way I was treated by a staff member (the same one that we signed up with many months ago). I have lived locally for 13 years and shop and work locally. I am not one to write reviews on poor performance but this can not be overlooked. VERY Disappointed. Now just notified of price increase shortly after this incident. Hard to believe

I call the storage unit to see could I use one of there tools to cut off my lock which is a small lock he told me I cant use there tools those are our tools but I anc pay him $25 to do it for me?? What $25.00 ?? And you have the tool but I cant use it to get my high blood pressure medication? I am shock!! This is by far the worse customer service I have ever had when I desperately need that medication I cant get it and I cant pay him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU ARE JUST A DOLLAR BILL.

Pros: Clean. Very easy to access units with high quality carts.Cons: Humidity is not being controlled inside the units. Ideal humidity should be 50-60, but our readings inside the unit reflect the outside humidity. We leave a humidity monitor in our unit and have complained to the front staff numerous times, but it has not been corrected, so we can’t store books, paper files, or furniture in the unit or they would become damaged by humidity. We are moving to another storage facility. Unfortunate.

Employees here are very informative and even offered me coffee. there are plenty of security cameras in and around the building so i know my belongings are safe.

Beware- mold and mildew on our household furniture/belongings stored for a few months in “climate controlled” unit. Purchased humidistat (relative humidity levels exceeded 70% !!!)

I feel like this place is safer than the last place I rented at, they have really good lighting in the whole building and I feel safe coming here at night because of the security cameras and secure access. I would recommend to anyone looking to store their belongings.

Ive been storing my belongings at other locations for the past decade. Nothing compares to this location. The cleanliness, professionalism from the employees, and security cameras made the entire experience wonderful!

I cant believe how nice this store is. The dudes that helped us out really hooked it up. I got first month free for my moms unit it was really clean and they took care of us. my moms is disabled and cant walk very far so albert helped us out and put the lock on the unit for her so she wouldnt have to walk all the way to the unit alone.

I want to compliment your organization on both the quality of your facility in Westmont, and the professionalism of your agent Charvis. When I needed to upgrade from a 5 x 8 to a 10 x 10, Charvis walked me through the choices and costs available with a tour. Then on the day that I was moving my stuff from the 5 x 8 to the 10 x 10, Charvis extended a most appreciated kindness of coming to the space where I had been working for an hour and a half, and offered me a bottle of water and a bag of chips. I really needed that to keep going. You never know big an effect a simple kindness can have, and I now associate that attitude with your organization.
