John provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made my visit stress free. He went above and beyond and carried all the paint to my car, not only that but his match of the paint was perfect.

The personal was so knowledge about products painting & colors. I had to do some custom masonry staining, they helped me with a great solution.

The gentleman assisting me was very helpful to ensure that I picked the right paint for my needs. He was quick and efficient with mixing everything and even took the cans straight from mixing to my car for me, a task I probably would have had to make 2 trips doing. Great service.

If you want the next level of a place that knows paint and will do all they can for you - this is the place. I appreciate how each time I go in they can look up my past orders and will see if there are ways to save me a couple bucks. Great service.

Friendly, Knowledgeable and Very Helpful! Amelia helped me over the phone with picking a color, a finish and a roller for my paint project at home during the stay at home order. It is great that our local SW is offering curbside pickup for the time being. They took payment over the phone and brought out the order to the parking lot. They charge the general public 3 times more than contractors. I bought a gallon of paint as a try out, and they charged me $80. Came back for more, but used my contractors account and the same paint was $24.Even with the contractors account, Id rather go to Lowes. Paint is paint and I dont want to jump through hoops to try to get better price.

I was doing a home project and needed to match a stain color for some furniture. I went to Sherwin-Williams and was told they could match a stain if I brought in a sample, and a quart of stain would be around $20.00. I said I only needed a pint, but they said a quart was their smallest size. For $20 I figured I would bite the bullet. A few days later I bring a sample in and give the different clerk my info and what I need. I gave him instructions of what I needed and he doesnt bother to write it down on the work order. Says it will take 2 days. 2 days go by and I get a voice mail from Chris the store manager asking what quantity I need. I call back within a few minutes of his call to find out hes not in. I tell the clerk the quantity again. Then I call Chris the following day to make sure he knows what I want. 2 days later I go in to pick up the stain and it turns into a 20 minute transaction because the new clerk cant find me in the system. He had to call the manager on speaker phone to find the transaction in the system. The manager asks to talk to me about the color, and I tell him I am satisfied with what he came up with. He tells the clerk to give me a discount for my troubles.The clerk doesnt hear that and says my bill is 28 dollars and change. I tell him the first clerk I talked to told me it would be around $20. He has to call his manager again to give me a discount because he doesnt know how to put a discount in the system. There are 2 clerks standing behind the counter trying to help to no avail. After all of this, my discount is total of $4.00 off.WOW!!! While the stain matches very well, I will not be returning to this store as their customer service clerks know nothing about the system they are supposed to know about. I stood there for 20 minutes with my credit card in hand. Then to top it off. The receipt tore when it was printing and they could not figure out how to reprint another one. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. Not for lack of effort, but for poor training

Always friendly and always reliable when I make my paint orders by calling in beforehand. I typically give it about 20-25 mins before I arrive to ensure they have my paint orders ready for pickup!

Ive been coming to this location for 7+ years. Friendly staff knowledgeable with the product. They never tried to oversell and helped identify exactly whats needed. Ive purchased stuff for DIY projects and also paint for projects by paint contractors. The price is good for the type of product you get. Never had issues with the paint quality. Highly recommended

The store is always clean and uncluttered. The staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I bought a sample but the color we had chosen proved to be lighter than what we wanted when we had tested it on the wall in our kitchen. The salesman in the store suggested that I bring the sample back and he would darken it to mu liking which I did. Problem solved!

Brain new can of the paint purchased last year and stored in temperature controlled room, ( inside house 70 F) this year try to use it, it already defective, bring back to store for exchange, the staff shake the can, telling me, this can is cool and refuse exchange. first, if paint at 70 F is consider cooled, what temperature should be normal temperature? By using that unreasonable excuse to refuse exchange, it is not honesty to do business.

They dont know what theyre doing, and cam the guy that works there act like hes doing you a favor, could be a bad day for them, but a bad customer service for me today.

Stores like this are made or broken by the staff, its a professional product at a higher than big box stores price so need to feel the service, knowledgeable staff and professional advice is worth it. Half a dozen visits, mostly evening or Saturday morning leaves this store lacking and its driven by lack of staff. I havent been in this store yet with fewer than 3 customers and never has there been more than 1 person working. It shouldnt take 30 minutes to buy 3 roller covers and a new roller frame on a Saturday morning, but when 1 person is trying to juggle 3 customers all with paint its what happens. Time is money for both the professional customers and the DIY working in the weekend honey do list, if this store doesnt start to realize it well go elsewhere.
