I have purchased several hard to find lamp shades from this store. Anyone that helped me was courteous and I always left happy with what I bought. They carry high quality shades and priced well. I am going back next week for another hard to find.

Saw adorable lamp in window with price tag on it. Wasnt marked sold or not for sale. Went in to purchase it and he said it wasnt for sale. The salesperson was also quite rude about it. Wont be purchasing anything from them.

Absolutely the rudest salespeople (owner and his mother) Ive encountered in years, maybe ever. I brought in three lamps, one for repair and two for new lampshades. The repair required ordering a special part to fix the dimmer. The owner told me he wouldnt order a new dimmer for the lamp, he would only rewire it for $60. Take it or leave it. I honestly dont have any problem being told, Im sorry, I dont do that kind of work. but I do have a problem with short tempered, rude business owners who behave as if theyre doing me a favor by letting me in the door. Horrible, stressful experience. One star because I found two nice quality lampshades, but Ill never go back there again.
