Prestige was recommended by Chef by Request, who we also had an excellent experience with. The guests at our wedding were extremely impressed by our alcohol selection and Prestige was able to provide a lot of favorites, including some craft beer choices. They were very easy to work with and we greatly appreciated their advice along the way.

Gary took care of our alcohol order for our wedding. We worked through several supply shortages without issue. When in doubt, call or go to the store. They will take care of you. The bottles were delivered and picked up seamlessly. A refund was provided within a few weeks for all unused items. The online lists were not up to date but if there is a particular product you want, call to ask. Some venue’s charge Prestige a commission on the alcohol delivered. If this is the case they pass the cost on to you.

We hired Prestige to deliver the alcohol for our wedding reception. Gary was great to work with and was very communicative with us! At the end of the night, they packaged up the open alcohol for us to take back home, and they allowed us to return all of the unused alcohol. We had a great experience!

Wonderful place. I came here on my 21st birthday and the service was incredible, thanks to Heather R. the wine manager who execrated happiness and provided excellent customer service. She greeted us immediately with a friendly and helpful demeanor and truly went above and beyond!!!

Im a craft beer guy, and really enjoy stouts. Prestige has it all and then some. Everything you want and need they have, and even things you dont need..lol (but you want, they have it). Everything is well organized and easy to find. I really liked you can buy single cans and bottles, that way if I dont like something, I dont have a 4 or 6 pack to drink. Prestige saved us so much time and stress while planning a wedding. Gary was great to work with for our wedding and they worked wonderfully with our bartender from 11th Hour Bartending. We placed our order pretty last minute and he was very helpful.

We had to cancel our daughters wedding planned for 3/22 in Chicago, and Prestige made it an unbelievably easy process. They were kind, compassionate, and thoughtful during our time of chaos and uncertainty. Joseph called me twice to check on us and see how we were doing. Gary was a great sales contact on the front side. This is a business of integrity, and I could not recommend them more highly!

Prestige was terrific for our wedding! Straight forward pricing, they quickly put together a menu and quote for us, and even coordinated directly with our caterer to drop off and pick up, meaning there was no additional work for us. Prices were fair, and they picked up everything we didn’t use and bought it back, which saved us a ton of money. I can’t imagine doing liquor for a big event any other way, I highly recommend them for your wedding or event.

I worked with Prestige for my wedding on 11/2/19 in Chicago, at Greenhouse Loft. They made everything so easy from the start – prices were affordable and they were great to work with. They were always super responsive to questions about pricing, as well as providing thoughtful recommendations for what alcohol we should provide after we described our family’s preferences. They also responded quickly when we requested changes to the contract (quantity, liquor types). There were no issues with the delivery on the day of, or the pick up the day after – and we got a reimbursement check within a week of our wedding for everything that we had not used (that was not opened). They also came highly recommended from other vendors, and worked really well with our caterer (Big Delicious Planet). Prestige is great! I highly recommend.

I go here often. I mainly buy wine and bubbly, they have a great selection and the prices are better than other places. I buy Gruet by the case and the price has been consistently lower than any other store. Staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to advise on selections.

We hired Prestige for our bar service at our wedding. They were AMAZING! From our initial meeting they were very organized & professional and they worked with us to figure out numbers & details. We were here to pick some Old Monk and stopped by the tap room. They have some outstanding beers on tap. The bartender knows beers and is a very cool dude. Prestige has always been my go to liquor store, because theyre our neighborhood folks and theyre super nice. Thank you for opening a tap room with such amazing prices. We hired Prestige to stock the bar at our wedding and were very satisfied with their service. Gary provided good estimates on the necessary quantities of ingredients for the cocktails we wanted as well as excellent recommendations for wines. Ordering was quick and simple and the day-of they worked together smoothly with our caterer to get the bar ready. When everything was done at the end of the night, they came back, took all the bottles back, stored the open bottles for us, and refunded us for any unopened product. Their service was excellent.

Prestige provided the alcohol for our wedding and they were great! Joseph gave us recommendations on what types/quantities of alcohol we should consider and was happy to let us make it our own with a few changes to his recommendations, even securing us a sale rate for our wedding because one of the products we selected was on sale when we placed our order. Prestige delivered the alcohol to the city for a small fee, and picked it up at the end of the night, returning any unopened bottles (and saving us a lot of money compared to other alcohol delivery companies). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Most people who work here are very friendly and nice...except for Dillon (the manager, I believe). I asked him when a product will be coming back into stock and he kept saying they dont have the product I was asking for (even though Ive purchased 4 bottles from there), said Im calling the wrong store, demeaned me bc I pronounced it incorrectly after he figured out what I was asking for, then said if they dont have it must be discontinued and I should just know that (huh? how would I KNOW that; I dont work there), he said hed order more for me but at an increased cost (what???), then told me that I should just drink a different version bc its better (Id like to drink what I think tastes good, not what he thinks tastes good). I hung up on him bc he was so incredibly rude and had zero customer service skills. Prestige wont miss me as they get plenty of business, but i wont be spending my money there anymore when there are so many other places I could go.

Love this place! Has the best selection of craft beers and they get new stuff constantly hence why I go almost weekly. They also have a great wine/ scotch selection. The staff is great especially dillon the beer guy.

This place has better beer selections than any Binnys. Dillon knows his beer and always is willing to recommend. Not only that but its always fresh. Nothing worse than a 6 month old IPA. Great cold selection too! My #1 stop for beer.

If youre looking for craft beer, this is one of the best places around. They have a huge selection crammed into their beer department. Pretty much all of the best local breweries are available along with a ton from outside IL. About 20% of their selection is 22oz bottles, rarer beers not found in 4- or 6-packs.Ive never bought liquor or wine here, but I expect the selection is just as good seeing as those sections are even bigger.I havent inquired about it, but they claim to meet or beat the price of any local ad.

The prices were very reasonable, and I was excited to see that they have an entire room just for craft beer. I was able to find some brews that no one else stocks at a very reasonable price. I will definitely return.

Great beer destination. Dillon is always on top of the current beverage trends and has developed a great relationship with the breweries in the area. Always something unexpected and amazing in the selection here. My only destination for craft brews.

Guess you only get one question. I suspected Pappy Van Winkle was not available and wouldnt let me inquire about the availability of other Buffalo Trace brands let alone any other top rated bourbons. So, if you are looking for top shelf- dont bother with this place.

Great selection but dont hold your breath on any of their limited beers.This was the only bottle shop last year that required an additional purchase for the right to purchase a Bourbon County Stout.And dont bother asking about limited bourbon, they hold that for only big dollar regulars or their friends, Im not sure.

Needed a quick restock and while I usually prefer the selection of Binnys when it comes to Cider, Prestige not only has a great selection of beer (major brands and craft) but also a very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to park and outside of rush hour you can get into the lot pretty easily. (If traffic is bad youll be wanting to go northbound on Cass for easier access.)

We used the Westmont store and Gary Pulaski in particular from that store to supply all the beer, wine, liquor for our daughters’s wedding in Evanston. Gary helped me choose the correct amounts of everything and he introduced me to their wine buyer who helped me choose very nice wines. Gary met me at the venue the day after the wedding and took back,at the price I paid, all unused libations. Great and reliable service with good advice.

Brought in ad which stated Mikes Hard Lemonade were $7.99. On the shelf they were listed $9.99. The manager refused to sell us more than two, even though no limit was listed in the ad. He even refused to sell two to my husband and two to myself on separate sales. If prestige liquors arent going to honor Armanettis sale papers, it should be noted in the paper. Very disappointed. ..
