Have a package that really wanted to go out today. Checked the UPS site: Open til 7:00 p.m. Drove over there only to find that they closed at 4:30 p.m. Sign says they are short of staff. Well, at least have the decency to change your times on your page so we dont use our now-very-expensive gas to go all the way there, only to find you closed. Not good customer service!

UPS cant deliver packages TO THEIR OWN STORE because its closed when it should be open and I cannot pick them up.

Shipped an item through this location in february, item was lost or damaged in transport a few days later. I filed a claim in the store, initially the employee didnt want to believe me about the item missing even though it was upss fault, and it says it went missing in the tracking history. Has been 2 months still have not heard about getting my insurance refund that i paid for. Contacted store multiple times and they cannot provide me with a valid update. Will never use this location again.

Packages from this location arrived at destination several days late and opened.. Ive been to multiple UPS stores in the surrounding suburbs and have only ever had issues at this location. The guy who seemed to be the manager was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what he was doing, however the employee that took over after he needed to go in the back seemed to be confused over the difference between pounds and ounces.

I dropped off a few packages to this location, two of them were lost and does not show that the items were ever scanned to reflect the tracking. Currently going through the inconvenience of filing claims through Corporate. Customer service agents are aloof at this location. Unfortunately this is my closest UPS store however I will go out of my way to not return here.

I had a free Amazon return and the guy at the counter said I had to pay a 50 cent service fee. I called Amazon...they confirmed it should be free. I would give this place negative stars if possible.

Went into the store to return packages to amazon. I had three return labels and one box. The franchisee rather then just telling me the items had to be mailed back separate, yelled at me and told me to leave his store.There is a ups right down the street next to the speedway. I recommend not wasting your time at this location and just going there. They are knowledgeable and had no problem sending my package.

The staff at this store are very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. I have never had an issue of any sort. Very happy that the store is so close, and has great hours.

Been going here on and off for years for sending things out for side projects and ebay. The staff had always been friendly over the years and helpful if I had any questions.Located as part of the Jewel here and doubles as an entrance to the grocery store.

The girl I dealt with was extremely rude. I will never go to that location again for anything. Went down the street and there was some very nice young men working at that location

Absolutely horrific customer service. The female katarra, as she claimed her name is, was rude and not helpful at all. Claimed the package I was trying to pick up wasn’t under my fiancé’s name. Confirmed with the company I order from that the package was under my fiancé’s name. She didn’t attempt to work with us or help us in anyway even though I’m deployed in Afghanistan and clearly my fiancé has and ID with the delivery address. I had to request to package to be re-delivered to our home and now the package is lost. Thank you so much for not helping us... you had our package and it was for her birthday that I ordered for her from Afghanistan. I can guarantee I will get some bogus “ this is our policy” answer yet its ok to toss our packages at our doors or leave them on the street. This store could have easily helped us if they wanted to. This is not the first time I have bad service at this store.
