What a breath of fresh air this business is!! I had a headlight that was burned out. Notice it the day before I was scheduled to travel to S.E. WI. I called in the morning to see if they could change the light for me and they told me I didnt need an appointment. When I entered the business, I was greeted immediately. Two wonderful young men switched out both lights in a jiffy. Sue X. and Im sorry, I didnt catch the other name. They were pleasant and personable. I am new to the area and will definitely return to this business. I highly recommend it for any auto needs you may have.

My mom needed a certain kind of oil but the check wasnt sure which one it was so had the manager come out & help to make sure the proper one was bought!

One of the best part stores around! If I need it, they have it. And on the rare occasion they dont? They get it really fast! The staff are friendly, supportive, and ready to offer tips, tricks, and assistance!

Im not mechanically inclined when it comes to fixing things on vehicles. Even minor simple stuff. I had to replace the wipers and a headlight bulb. The tall younger guy, dont know his name, helped me get what I needed. I asked If he could put the wipers on and change the bulb for me, which he also did. I was very appreciated about this and wish I carried $$ on me. I did want to tip him but only had $2 on me. Which I didnt give him cause he deserved more than that. Thank you very much for the help!!

Went in and the employee greeted nicely and was able to helped me find what I want. Although, at checkout, he asked if I will pay with cash or card. I told him cash. He then asked me to put my information in the system until I saw in the screen that he was making me applying for the reward card which I don’t need it. I felt I was taking advantage for something that I was not asked for my approval.

On Sunday I had a problem with my engine misfiring driving to Wausau from out of town. No garages were open so I took it to Auto Zone for a diagnostic test and it identified a problem with a Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor. Auto Zone didn’t have it in stock for my vehicle so the employee called a competitor and located it at that store. I went and purchased it there. The Auto Zone guy told me that if the other store wouldn’t install it I should bring it to him and he would put it in. They wouldn’t install it so I returned to Auto Zone and that guy installed it no charge. He wouldn’t even accept a tip! I then drove home about 80 miles without a problem. That was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! In the future I will shop at Auto Zone for all my vehicle parts whenever possible. I can’t say enough nice things about this Auto Zone store.

I dont go there often, but I always get great service when I go there. Theyre the only place I go when I need basic car repair parts. I dont know jack about cars, so its really appreciated when they look things up for me and help me with what I need. Its very helpful that they will go out of their way to come to your vehicle and help install things. They replaced my wiper blades for me, even though it was freezing so badly outside, they still came out and helped.

I recently had an interview at the Schofield store. I realize they can hire whomever they want. I was told to call the following week to find out what they decided regarding myself. I called and even left messages for the person that interviewed me. Never did get a call back. During my interview Rick told me how important customers are. He must not have realized I was also a customer besides being a potential employee.

Had alternator issues, and brought vehicle to the shop to test alternator. The first guy was busy so he handed me off to a different guy. The second guy was not much help, and after checking the battery, even though the place offers free battery charging, he told me to drive my car around for an hour to charge it so that he could give me a better result. I know the issue is the alternator, and was willing to purchase the part through AUTOZONE right there... but now I dont feel like returning to that store any further. Please hire more friendly employees.

This place is awesome the people are friendly and they helped me when I drooed the oil cap under the engine they went beyond what you would expect and sent me on my way thank you so so much I recommend this place if you need anything for your cars.

Wasnt sure if Autozone would have a simple piggyback mini fuse holder. Stopped in an looked threw there electrical display an was pleasantly surprised to find what I needed. Made my latest wiring project much easier.

Good clean store staff very helpful appear to be very knowledgeable nothing I hate worse than going to an auto parts store and the guy doesnt even know what a spark plug is definitely a good place to stop and shop do-it-yourself mechanic or if you need help these guys can help you through it

Great customer service

Went to spend the $20 I earned from rewards to fix my exhaust and the shelves were bare in the exhaust section no pipe in the size I needed 2 1/2, no clamps, and not even any adapters. So I go to find a hex head socket but I didnt know what size the bolt needed. So i talked to the ONE person that was there and asked if he could look up the Cam Phaser on the computer to see if it maybe said what size hex head the bolt is and he just said it wont tell me that Didnt even fricken look. I ended up just getting guessing on the hex head socket and got a few other things like brake cleaner and oil filter, which i didnt need. Ive spent a lot of money there over the last 14yrs and Ive never been so disappointed with Autozone. Service like that is going to make people opt for ordering parts on the internet more than they already do.

Needed to return items and they were accepted with no hassle. Friendly knowledgeable staff to boot.
