I was in town from Milwaukee for my sisters wedding and I fried my car by hooking up jumper cables incorrectly. Took it to them and despite being booked solid the lady at the desk ran diagnostics and found the problem quickly. They gave me a loaner car and called later that evening saying the work was done and I could pick up the car. They were very professional, transparent and timely with their service.

Went in for battery issue. Battery had been replaced by Griesbach in the past. Battery was still under warranty and was replaced in less than an hour of my time. Very easy process.

Great place to go for advanced repair jobs. They know what theyre doing, arent trying to overcharge, and get it done right. They also have loaners! I hate when I need them, but Im glad theyre there whan I do.

Again on our way to go camping our truck broke down. About 30 miles west of Wausau Wisconsin. Last year same time almost same place. So I called Griesbach Auto Service and had our truck and camper towed to them. Again the were absolutely amazing and helpful!!! They let us camp in their parking lot and let us use a loaner car! The work they did on our truck was done by professional and courteous staff! These guys are nothing short of amazing, will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied!!! I have never been to an auto repair where Ive felt so comfortable in so many ways. They are friendly, honest and upfront with everything. Took my car to Midas for a promotion, and they brought back my wheels out of balance/ ground the backs off disproportionately. I took it to Griesbachs not knowing the issue. They not only fixed the problem, they explained what they did every step of the way. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Great work, and even better customer service!

I had a bad day at the service station. My car is old, but I am in love with it. I was getting some normal brake maintenance. The dealer said I should get it, but John and the guys were cheaper. But, then I got the call, it was going to be more than they thought. They found more wrong.Then when I got there, it was going to be more yet.A lot more.And I just started yelling at the kid at the counter, and really I was mad. I demanded to see John, and talk this through, and I was not leaving until John showed up. And John did.And he took the time to calm me down, offer me some honest options, he even offered to just button my car up and let me go somewhere else. But, he took the time to calm me down and value me as a guy in a bit of a financial spot, and as a customer.In that conversation, he got a customer for life.

My car broke down on Labor Day evening and it was towed to Griesbach after hours. The next morning, they called my husband and said they would try to fit it in that day if they had down time. By the time I was done with work that day, our car was completely repaired! I would never have expected them to even take a look at it that same day let alone completely fix it! Also, the customer service at Griesbach is outstanding. The guys at the registers are friendly and I cant think of another place where the staff seems happy to be at work and helping the customers. We will keep coming back!

The folks at Griesbach always tell you the truth. Even when they know you probably dont want to hear it. I have had nothing but great service and if a repair is within my ability to take care of, they will tell me. I have bought a car from them and have relied on them for nearly 10 years. Though u dont always appreciate their brutal honesty, I do rely on it and would not trust my car to any one else in the area. Jon, Tina and their crew have your back!

Very professional, knowledgeable. They arent the cheapest like others say, but dont do unnecessary work. They have been truthful and help you understand why something is that way on the bill. Seem to be by the book labor/pricewise. Ex I have a diesel cruze they didnt have the oil needed for it, glad they know its different went and got oil, but a few $ more then dealer.

Thanks to Jon I avoided replacing my AC compressor for $$$. He spent a considerable amount of time really trouble shooting my problem to discover the work quoted elsewhere didnt need to be done at all. I will never go anywhere else again! Excellent experience all around.
