My ‘08 Camry hybrid had a horrendous belt squeal, and I took it in after hours to have it looked at. He was very prompt and explained how everything worked and went together. We identified the problem and solved it accordingly. Cost me nothing as no parts were purchased, the belt was simply installed wrong at Walser Toyota(or wherever the belt was last taken off). I am taking my car here from now on and I cannot recommend them more.

Best service ever on a short notice!

Jim has done so much for myself and my family. He has worked on my suv several times and I get it back happy and for a good price. He works fast and charges a fair price. He is the best mechanic I have had the pleasure to work with and I dont trust anyone else to work on my cars then him.

I have been checking Patriot Auto out for almost two years between two vehicles looking for a mechanic we could call ours. One of our vehicles, just this month, presented a concern two days before we were to head out of state for a family vacation. With his schedule booked full for a week and a half Jim asked us to drop off our vehicle the next day and he would try to squeeze it in. That same night, we picked it up with an explanation of what was found, how it was addressed, and his personal confidence in the soundness of the vehicles road soundness. I was charged $27 and given the keys. This pretty much sealed Jim as our family mechanic. His can do attitude, honesty, pricing, and all-around sound business character has been unmatched. I know...I used two of his immediate competitors previously, and I have the stories that go with them.

This morning my car won’t start. I called four companies and this’s the only one that is willing to send a machinist to help me jump start. Great service!

My fiance and I took her car in for what we thought was going to be some intensive brake work. Jim went over everything, showed & explained to us what needed to be done, and had it fixed in a short time-frame & under budget. Best of all, neither of us felt like idiots talking to them and explaining what was wrong! They were very nice, polite and accommodating.

This place is horrible! Can’t get quotes from them unless they HAVE your vehicle. And God forbid you don’t support Trump, if you don’t, he doesn’t WANT OR NEED your business. This is the LAST place I would go!

Great and honest service, hell fix your problems find everything that is wrong and tell you what needs to be done, what should be done, what could be done, and how it will effect your car. Not your typical you need a quart of blinker fluid mechanic! Repairs are normally very quick as well!

My family and I were visiting from Kansas when my van started blowing cold air. I pulled over and noticed I was bleeding radiator fluid all over the place. It was subzero outside so I started calling shops in the area that Id found on Google, but being the day after Christmas everyone was backed up and couldnt help me. A friend of a friend recommended Jim/Patriot as, the most honest mechanic, that doest the best work at the lowest price. Ive been ripped off by so many mechanics I was wary, but I was also desperate so I gave Jim a call.Not only did Jim get me in and get a waterpump replaced in one day, but he also quoted me the lowest end of spectrum for the repair. Google listed the repair on my van being between $500-1800 and I was charged $500. That kind of thing never happens for me, as I always seem to end up getting gouged. The van did great all the way home and left me wishing we had a place like Patriot here in Kansas.
