Maria was so sweet as well as all the ladies! My mom is crippled and they offered her a seat! As well as they gave me a complimentary cake pop because I offered to pay a ladies food because they were only accepting cash only due to an installment. What a pleasant experience! The staff is amazing. But they don’t have the support from they leads. Why the WIFI doesn’t work from 1 months month to today? Please, take note and fix it! I come here every morning.

Great coffee, typical Starbucks, outdoor seating area, nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Came today to get my usual, Caramel Frappuccino. After getting to the front of the line, they tell me they are out of caramel. Its a mainstay item, how can you be out of it?

Here today is March 4 at 8:15 am ... been waiting 25 minutes for 1 drink if I hadn’t paid already I would leave in fact I may have to leave because I’m late to work. This place has about 30 people waiting and only 4 workers. Ridiculous and the workers are slow as hell. Never again ... this is the 3rd time this week I think it’s a sign I’m done

Please don’t leave the 3 guys alone from the 3 visits I did when they were there the 3 were a complete disaster...... I do a mobile order every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday... people there knows me and I order 10 mins prior getting there cause I run before work..... with this 3 guys I can’t make it:Day 1 with them they didn’t had the order late to work.....Day 2 with them they didn’t close the lid and the coffee got spilled all over me so late to work cause I had to go back home and change clothes.....Day3 with them they didn’t had the order and with me standing there they were just doing the orders after me that were in person.......Please! They can’t be alone they are not capable or independent enough to run the business.....

Enjoyable and clean Starbucks store. The coffee options are the same as in any Starbucks which is most likely why most of their customers keep coming back.I enjoyed the access to power outlets to charge my EUC wile i was raining outside.

The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and this particular location goes out of its way to get to know people. Its one of the few places I go where I truly feel welcome and part of the family.

Order food and got out

I went in there to get a hot drink and it was raining yesterday (Friday). I politely asked for a bag to put my empty cup so I could hang it from my arm and not have to hold two cups (one was a hot drink-the other an empty cup). The gentleman acted oddly and went over to a female whispered something (while making me wait for a bag), the female peeked her head around to look in my direction, so I know they were talking about me & then came back and handed me the bag. I do not know what the conversation was about, but that was pretty rude over a paper bag. So I called corporate to let them know about this behavior over a paper bag.

Great service and a perfect selection of coffee and breakfast. Always giving the extra mile for their customers. Bathrooms always clean. What else can you ask for. Keep up the good work guys!

I love Starbucks! This is another cool spot to hang and I give 4 instead of 5 stars only because I asked for a Morning Muffin and was given a Danish. I am a forever customer and love going into a place I enjoy, feel safe and sometimes make new friends in. Occasionally I find the service to be just a little bit less than therefore, 4 stars. No particular store; its here and there.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, I go there a few times a week. I had never had a particularly negative or positive situation there until yesterday morning. The store was short two people, they had an enormous line and they handled the situation in such a professional and efficient way. The staff was in a tough situation and they delt with it in the most efficient way possible. Those two employees should be recognized for their effort.

Come every day around 3:30PM. The staff is a whole level above any other Starbucks Ive ever been to.Theres a really nice atmosphere at this hour. And the renovation added a very welcome, fresh openness to the space. Kudos.

Looong day got there late at night and usually workers are exhausted or unfriendly but Tonya/Tanya (she had braids) was hilarious and made me laugh so much! Drink was perfect temperature and delicious also...much needed

Nice place. Usually a bit crowded around 3:30 PM. Great staff. Not the fastest service, I have to say, but this is endemic to all Starbucks stores I have visited. About 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee tends to be the rule when crowded.

Everything was good, I think they gave me the wrong drink and the barista who made it was a little rude ignoring me but its ok she seemed busy. The other one on duty got the second part of my order which seemed to be forgotten about...

The night crew is horrible. Theyre unable to make coffee right (they either give you what taste like burnt coffee, dont put the favorite) they truly need to be school by the morning crew. Oh lets not forget that they lack customer service..and did I mention that they close the oven whenever they feel is right for them.

There was an employee who was extremely rude when asking questions about menu. He expected me to know when the menu special changed...if I knew his name I would definitely have it on this rating so that you would know who exactly he was but unfortunately I was in a rush to get out of that place that I did not manage to get his name. But I definitely do love starbucks and their amazing drinks. Unfortunately I will never go to this specific starbucks.

I ordered coffee for a group and one of the orders was wrong. I couldnt get back for a couple of hours. The kperson at the register remembered me from earlier that morning. He looked at my coffee and knew it was wrong just from the color. He very quickly dumped it out, made a new one, and gave me a refund. They are very good about making sure youre happy.

Very nice staff, they never give me a hard time about using reusable cups. I just wish they had a drive thru.

Place is always packed, not a lot of sitting space, this place could really expand to accommodate for patrons, loved to come here and meet with folks but has to sit outside which can be a bit warm...it is covered but nothing like sitting under ac...WiFi is terrible

This location has the most incredible staff. Ive moved around a lot the last 10 years, living in 4 different states and driving cross country twice. Believe me Ive seen more than my share of Starbucks shops and this one ranks as one of the best, mainly due to the staff. They are consistently excellent from moving long lines quickly & efficiently to always having a genuine smile and asking how you are doing. Its not that other locations arent polite but this one definitely steps it up a notch (or two). Kudos to the staff and the manager at this location! Very well run shop and always a pleasure to stop in.

The air conditioner needs to be set at a cooler temp if you want to sell hot coffee considering its 94° outside. Used to be better when older employees worked there...now its as bad as Town Center.Rude people, dirty tables and floors. Music is turned down (I guess the staff doesnt like)Disappointed

Hit or miss. I go here every day and pretty much get the same drink every time. My coffee is usually really good and I would give this place the well deserved 5 stars. Unfortunately this guy that works there, wont mention any names, always seems unhappy and stressed and now whenever I see hes behind the counter I know my drink isnt going to be good.. Usually very messy cup, bitter tasting and missing stuff that was on the order.. Everyone else that works there pours the same thing but tastes 100% better.Nothing personal but this is like the 5th drink thats been consistently messed up by the same guy.. 😔

8:30 AM Sunday morning.. good tunes playing, super friendly young man at the counter. However, as usual for most stores in my area, there was NO DECAF. The barista said manager doesnt keep it brewed. I had the time so I waited for him to make a pour over. Not to long ago they didnt charge if you had to wait for them to make your coffee.. not anymore. Dunkin Donuts ALWAYS has decaf brewed, they even have a batch standing by for when the existing one runs out. Ive been corresponding with Starbucks customer service about this but still no one has taken any action about it. I much prefer the taste of their decaf over Dunkin but if Im pressed for time I go to Dunkin. Starbucks managers lack of concern about this kind of loweres my positive vibrations for my coffee experience : (
