Had an overall great experience. Everyone was busy when we walked in so we were a little lost for a couple minutes but we were greeted and told what to do. Doctor was patient and thorough. My daughter fainted after her eyes were dialated (which we were assured is common but I had no idea that was a thing) and they were attentive and patient. They were respectful of what we wanted and the facility was clean. Will definitely be back.

He was able to prescribe a special type of contact lens for my son that he needed, and that totally improved my boys life, and performance in sports. Dr. Stepp is a total pro, and hes a super cool guy (with great taste in music). I totally recommend this doctor 100%. We started seeing him in Hialeah, and when he moved to Weston, we totally followed him there, despite the long drive. This doctor is totally worth it. Went to ‘For Eyes’ for a check up. My appointment was at 1 pm. As I’m filling out the paperwork, Chedlie comes over and says ‘Your appointment is for next Tuesday the 18th’ (I arrived at work today at 12:25 pm and as I turned my computer a reminder popped up that my appointment was for today! I thought it was for next Tuesday but I checked my phone and my calendar showed the appointment was today) but you can choose your frame and next week you’ll be set. I said ok. I told her I wanted inexpensive frames that were covered by my insurance. She showed the section I could pick from. Well all those frames were made in China and I refuse to buy anything Chinese if I can help it! Renee looks at Chedlie and tells her that if I wanted they would be able to fit me in! I was ecstatic! The girls working today, Chedlie and Renee, were sweet hearts. A lady comes in wanted to see the doctor and she was told she needed an appointment. The lady was so loud telling the girls they had the ‘worse customer service’! So just in case the lady gives them a bad review I decided to write one! I went to the store in Country Isles Plaza (NE corner of Weston Rd/Indian Trace). They have a great selection and have really good deals! The Dr was nice, funny even and the girls put up with my odd choices. I love the D&G I bought and then added the sunglasses..went to pick them up today and someone new way there. She didn’t just hand me my glasses to clean then. She took them in the back do couldn’t see then. I had told her I was kinda in a hurry and that I could clean them, but she handed them back to me outside of the case. So I put them on and went to run my errands. Now that I’m taking them off for the night. I realize someone has pocketed my D&G cleaning cloth. I’ve gotten one with ever pair of glass be it son or specs. So one in the store is skimming little things and hoping no one will notice.Not a happy that I have to take more time out my busy day because someone did something wrong.G.M.Alves

I went to the store twice, the first time I was treated by Cecilia and she was excellent, she explained every concern I had, she took her time helping me to choose the frames and offered me all the options according to my needs, costumer service is her middle name. The following day, I went to have my vision test done and Dr. Stepp, his assistance and Stephanie were extraordinary taking care of me. Absolutely I will recommend everybody that needs to go to an eye center.

Ever since I first visited this location everyone was welcoming and Dr. Stepp is professional and listens to concerns and addresses them. My eye sight has never been better. They have a wide selection of brand frames and price match contacts with 1-800-contacts on select brands. Katherine helped me pick out my frames this time. She was patient, funny and gave great feedback. The prices are very competitive and I love their buy one get one free offer. Fast and accurate service. I forgot my insurance card and they were able to find my insurance in their database without it. After not going to the eye doctor for over three years I was all done with a prescription for contacts in my hand in about an hour. This is the location for me.

Bought frames here 24 months ago. Great service then. Visited today as the arm detached from the frame. Didnt break just detached. Wanted a fix. Not arguing an eye test may not be due but after 1 minute I was told they did not do the same brand any more and my only option was another eye test and new frames. They sold the frame and could not be fixed? Seriously ! Sales pitch.

Weve been buying glasses there since my daughter was 18 months old. And I have always been so happy with their selection, pricing and customer service. Every single person Ive ever encountered there has been so polite and patient with my child. This was our first visit to Dr. Stepp though and we are extremely happy with him as well. We came to this location based off the great reviews. Unfortunately we did not experience the same great customer experience as the other reviewers. We purchased glasses and sunglasses. After two weeks we came back to pick them up and the sunglasses were not new as promised. They looked like the model and had residue on them assumably from price tags etc. The sales associate new we were traveling 45 minutes so the fact that she didnt check the products before calling was unprofessional. We left with the glasses only and was told they would reorder new ones AGAIN. Once two weeks passed we called them as we hadnt heard anything and she told us they didnt have any in stock. it was a complete waste of 4+ weeks waiting for sunglasses that never came. I would not recommend this location and will never go back.

I would rather go blind if this was the last Optical place in the world. I took in my 5 yr. old to get her new glasses before the start of the new school year. We paid for the glasses to have the transition lenses. When we got them home and realized they weren’t, well… transitioning. I called the place and the lady that answers puts me on hold for 10 mins.. She verified that we had paid for the Transitions lenses and asked me to bring them in… NEVER thinks to apologize for THEIR error. My sister took my daughter in the next day… the INCOMPITENT idiot that called herself the Manager (different lady with a heavy Spanish accent) I think her name was Alma.. Charges my sister and EXTRA $70. On top of we had already paid… She’s the “manager” and never thought to check in what she called a pile of papers to verify that we had already paid. The worst most rudest but mostly incompetent and unprofessional people ever.. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT EVER GOING IN THERE, NOT EVEN TO USE THEIR TOILET!!!

This has to be the very worst place to do business, over priced and bad service. Stopped at the location in Lauderhill a few days ago and was quoted a price of $160.00 to replace my current glasses. At the time I did not want to pay that much for a second pair. Was in Weston today, stopped at the Four Eyes location to purchase the extra pair of glasses. Was quoted $265.00 for the same exact glasses, told the sales associate that Lauderhill store said it would be the price I stated above. Her response was go to the other store. I can tell you one thing, I will never go to Four Eyes for glasses. As one of the other reviews stated not even to use the bathroom!
