Ive been coming to Dr.Rouse ever since I was fifteen. His office is always so clean and welcoming and his staff is very professional. Dr.Rouse himself is a sweetheart and always explains whats going on with my eyes thoroughly and listens to my concerns. He really works with you to get your eyes to their healthiest! As someone who also works in the eyecare field, I always recommend him to friends, family, and patients!

Dr. Rouse and his nursing staff are amazing but whoever is at the front desk is terrible. I was hung up on twice and was told it was because the nurse was dealing with other customers and majority of the staff was out to lunch. My prescription was denied multiple times when trying to oder contacts. I called at 12:00 for a prescription confirmation and never received a all back. Front desk staff was rude and unfriendly. We will not be back. I want to specifically singe out the women I spoke to today 6/23/2021 that was rude and unfriendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Rouse is great. They always get me in and out quickly but will take the time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Rouse and his team is amazing, professional, and attentive to detail. They respect your time and are well prepared for your visit. Dr. Rouse is very patient, respectful, and even took the time to explain everything (since I am in school learning everything). There is so much kind and wonderful things I can say, but you honestly have to experience the professionalism and love at this office for yourself!

Dr. Rouse is an excellent eye doctor whom we have seen for years. I recently went to see him with a concern; he took me in immediately and did a complete eye exam. He explained everything in detail and put my mind at ease. His concern and compassion for his patients is astounding. His office staff is very helpful and friendly too. My family and I wouldnt think to go anywhere else.

I went to get progressive lens as Im starting to need reading glasses and the constant on and off is getting annoying. I have a slight amount of astigmatism that lasik wasnt able to correct, so I was looking forward to that as well. Short story is that I was talked into the reading glasses that instantly gave me a lot of eye strain and my first migraine after 5 years ( Not a headache, but a migraine with the associated pain, auras, vomiting, etc - 100% zero fun). I called about modifying my prescription and we agreed theyd call me back and I warned them that time my of the essence as Im moving. They didnt call back. I went to the store and after back and forth about my problems, it became obvious that it wasnt worth the effort to pursue further. It seems most likely that the prescription is just not suitable for me, but they seemed unwilling or unable to do anything. I gave them back the glasses for recycle (hopefully for somebody needy).They told me come back if I change my mind which left me wondering what they thought my options were. To me, my options were between migraines or no migraines. Thats a no-brainer: no migraines, please.Im waiting another year for my insurance to reset so I can go to a different practitioner. They seem nice enough, but sadly, it didnt work for me.

This was my second visit to this office. It was very easy to speak with the front desk to make an appointment. When I arrived, they saw me before the start of my appointment, and I was in to see the doctor right on time. Dr. Rouse is super friendly, thorough, and takes the time to answer your questions! I would highly recommend Rouse Family Eye Care!

Great staff they are friendly, knowledgeable. They go out of very way for the customers ! My kids,my husband and myself have been patients there for 4 years. Recommend highly !

Dr. Rouse and his entire staff are wonderful. You leave knowing you had a very thorough eye exam. Dr Rouse takes the time to answer any questions you might have, including insurance questions. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The new office is beautiful with a large selection of frames. Highly recommend.

I arrived early for my appointment and Dr. Rouse and his staff took care of me right away. Everyone was very polite and professional and was able to answer all of my questions. They all took their time and listened to any concerns I might have. Dr. Rouse took his time and explained everything he was doing and was very personable and knowledgeable. He even remembered my sons name from a visit the previous year!! What a great experience!! I would highly recommend Dr. Rouse!!!

This optometrist uses multiple methods to check the health of your eyes. The office is clean and up to date. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable aand friendly. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Clune has and is always courteous and friendly. She explains everything you need to know, and even more. When I first saw her, I had had surgery for a macula hole. She knew exactly what to do. Dr Rouse has been our family eye Doctor for years. We get all our glasses and contacts from him for a fair price. Recently he treated me for a bad eye injury. Ive been going to Dr. Rouse for years. The care and service have been outstanding.

Dr. Rouse has helped our family for many years, and we continue to feel he is a very highly qualified professional who informs patients thoroughly while making them very comfortable and at ease at the same time.

Short handed at front desk. Had to make several trips to drop off frames to have lenses put in. They only have one person who can cut the lenses. Sometimes rude at the front desk; dont answer their phones; front desk states they are seeing patients so they cant answer the phone.
